The home is perfectly located 1 block to the Azalea-Camelia Beach Access and a 4-minute bike ride to shopping and dining in Seaside. You will be close to everything while still enjoying a quiet Seagrove neighborhood.

The designer interiors offer a relaxing atmosphere the moment you arrive. Tranquil tones of cream, tan, and blue are reminiscent of the nearby Gulf. Plush furniture will make you want to sink into a cozy evening after enjoying a day playing in the sands of 30A. The home provides so many amenities, you may not even want to leave! The fenced in backyard features a private pool, lots of poolside seating, and fire pit.

This 2,800+ square foot home affords plenty of space for your party of 8. The unique design includes a full carriage house apartment, complete with a full kitchen, dining, and laundry. If you are traveling with the in-laws or the nanny, this is the perfect private space for them to enjoy.

Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Beautiful, impeccably clean, well-appointed home with everything needed to make for a fantastic stay! Owners / property managers were friendly and clearly pay attention to detail in supporting guests enjoyment, ensuring our stay was smooth and special. Location in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach / 30A and walking distance from restaurants and the Seaside community shops was especially convenient. No complaints! Would happily stay again!

I loved this place! My only complaints or suggestions would be to supply more kitchen towels and have a small spice cabinet with some basic things such a salt and pepper and a few other seasonings. This kitchen was full of decorations for tables and MULTIPLE sets of glasses and cups. We had to buy additional kitchen towels and wash clothes with some cleaners. When you have a large groups in a place like this and using the kitchen a lot goes on there. It is a bit of an inconvenience to have to purchase extra spices and items that have to be thrown away when only used a few times. I would recommend some additional skillets and pots for cooking as well. We luckily brought laundry pods with us . Other than that it was great. We loved the kitty cat that was hanging out with us. We would love to stay here again.

Another Excellent Stay

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birdie's Nest. The house was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. The quiet neighborhood location, along with the convenience to the beach and bars and restaurants of Seaside made the visit even better.

Very nice!

Nice clean property. Beds are comfortable. We heated the pool and that was a plus. Note beach towels are NOT included. Check in time is not till 5 PM and you have to leave at 10 AM on check out day. Stop at the Publix on the way in to buy paper towels, trash bags, and soap for the bathrooms. They literally had an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but no soap. Also realize there’s construction all around the house from 8 in the morning till five at night every day. Even on Saturday. We didn’t stay Sunday, The house is well insulated so you don’t hear it with the windows closed, but it’s very loud when you sit by the pool or you try to sit on the porch in the front of the house or the veranda in the back. Bikes are included. We never used those, but they looked nice. The beach is quite close and there are stairs. There is umbrella and chair service. You can schedule online or at the beach once you get there. Four small folding chairs to go to the beach are included.

First week of summer!

This location is excellent! It’s quiet, but convenient walking distance to beach access, restaurants, and shopping. The manager of the property was very helpful with information and helpful when we had questions. The house sets up nicely for a large group. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. The porches and pool area offered a great relaxation space after a day on the beach. I gave this location 5 stars, but I do have suggestions: 1. There was no storage space available for our dry food goods. We did a bit of rearranging of all the small appliances, cookware, and serving pieces to store our food. It would be helpful to keep a few cabinets empty to hold food/snacks so as not to clutter up the countertop space. 2. There was only a single pot holder and one kitchen towel provided. Fortunately, we brought extra as this seems to be a common occurrence at VRBO locations. These are by no means deal breakers, but items to note so you can be prepared. It was a wonderful vacation home and we hope to return again for the fall break.

Family vacation at the beach

Our extended family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well appointed home. We enjoyed the pool, the 4 bikes, and having the separate space of the carriage house. The beds are very comfortable. The property is only a short walk from the beach and a short bike ride from Seaside square. We would definitely stay here again.

Birdie's Nest is the BEST

What a beautifully appointed and comfy home! Everything about Birdie's Nest is perfect. We travel frequently with friends and always struggle to find accommodations that are appropriate for adults (3 kings, 2 queens here - thank you!) The decor is stunning, the house is a showplace, but also warm, comfortable, and inviting. All the rooms have privacy. There are 2 porches and a carriage house to spend quiet time, and the pool in the center is a perfect gathering spot. We are frequent visitors to 30A and the Seagrove/Seaside area, and this house couldn't be in a more perfect spot. The location one block off the beach is so great - it was nice after a day at the beach to come back to the pool to cool off - and just a quick walk. The kitchen has everything under the sun you'd want or need - including a wine fridge and separate ice maker - so helpful! We absolutely loved our time here - we will certainly be back! THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

Amazing stay at Birdie’s Nest!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The carriage house was wonderful for our family that stayed with us that didn’t have kids— grandparents, parents, and little ones stayed in the main house. The location is great- a sleepy, quiet street but a short golf cart ride to the shops and restaurants. Beach access is super convenient. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend for this area!!) from the host, Richard, who went above and beyond to help us. I also definitely recommend setting up beach chair/umbrella reservations… it was worth the money to not have to lug more gear to/from. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with high end decor and finishes. The private pool and screened in patio was great for little kids who are too tired to go back out to the beach in the afternoon. It was also nice to have extra gates/doors around the pool if you’re traveling with little ones. I cannot recommend this house and this host enough!

Beach House Bliss!!

This home is absoultely gorgeous and decorated to perfection. The temperpedic mattress top was like home! There is everythin you need in this home. It is a short walk to the beach and Seaside Center. The pool is beautiful. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. By far our favorite rental and can't wait to return!! Thank you!
