This beautiful beach community on 30A is in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and Hwy 393. Gulf Place residents and guests here enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere. This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a grand movie theater.

Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish those steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!

Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, and automatic early check-in notifications. You can even share it with friends and family!
