Welcome to this bright, ground-floor condo located in the beautiful 30A community of Seagrove Beach. This charming retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo escape, placing you a few minutes' walk from the sugar-sand beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico.

This garden-level condo sits half a block north of 30A itself, and less than a quarter-mile stroll from two beach access points. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks along the coastline, or hop on your bikes for an easy ride to Seaside (two miles up the coast) on the Timpoochee Trail. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds when you're ready to cool off or soak up the sun, as well as several great restaurants within walking distance.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a relaxed, beachy atmosphere, full of natural light and furnishings inspired by the coast. The living area provides a comfortable, centrally air-conditioned space to unwind after a day of exploration, while the patio offers a serene spot to enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area where you can sit down for homemade meals and after-dinner card games, and a private washer/dryer to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Catch up on your favorite shows with the smart TVs featuring Roku TV and YouTube TV. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, ensuring you can keep in touch with loved ones.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very Nice!

The condo was very clean! We only had one small issue and it was immediately resolved! We would have rated it a 5, but the unit above us were constantly thumping and dropping things at all hours of the day…including the middle of the night. After a while, it became disruptive, especially at night.

Very nice place

Pretty, quiet, spacious apartment. Pool is great and barely used so you might have it to yourself like we did. Well decorated, made us feel like we were in Florida. The only issues are it's not very walkable, so you'll need to drive to good restaurants. And we had an issue with the electric door lock sticking closed on our first 2 days; luckily one of us was in the house when it happened but still we left the patio slider unlocked just in case so we weren't locked out overnight.

Great Dog Friendly Stay

We had a great experience. I did not give them 5 stars for the cleanliness simply because one set of their outdoor furniture needed to be wiped down, otherwise the place was very clean. It took me 5 mts to wipe down. All furniture, inside and out, was very comfortable and appealing. Especially the king size bed! Sheets, pillows, and blankets great. I would suggest they improve their towels...I understand, you not wanting to invest in good towels, people take them home with them, but everything else was high quality. Really enjoyed the area, great for walking the pooch, not matter what the hour. This time of year hardly any people staying at property! We enjoyed, and we'll be back. Oops one more - super convenient location!

Quiet Stay Close To The Beach

My wife and daughter and myself spent 5 nights. The location is great (about .4 mile walk to the beach). The unit sits back behind a small circle development of homes which keeps it quiet and walking distance to a few restaurants, the local shaved ice stop, and a few shops. The unit was very clean and plenty room for 3 to 4 people. The entertainment system had many channels and options which was nice. Short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, and The Big Chill. The one negative is that there is not a crosswalk to help get to the beach this you have to be patient and careful. I do recommend this unit for a small family.

Lovely

Place was so clean and new renovations were great! Surroundings were kept up nicely along with pool. Suggestions: need more forks. There were no set of sheets for pullout couch and only four pillows total. Also, there were no oven mits or dishcloths and only one thin, dish towel.

Felt right at home

We were so happy with our accommodations. The condo was clean and provided all the necessities we hoped for. We have already recommended it to family members. The setting was quiet and the pool was never crowded. Our neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We would certainly rent this condo again should we return to the area.

Awesome stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was clean, quiet and just the right amount of room for me and my adult daughter. Such a short walk to the beach! Pool was nice to relax by also. Loved that the patio overlooked the pool, too. I would definitely return!

Cleanliness I would say a 80%, this why the oven was not clean, I didn't use it at allthe knifes where dirty with dry food or something, I washed one that's all used just that one , on the counters I found dry pieces of food,in other things; bathroom sink was kind of clogged the water would go down very slowly the toilet paper holder was broken the whole think fell on my hand when I tried to use it bathroom rug very very old and full of hairs the dryer full of lintel on the filter the floor had sand when I walked in my first day,I found a toy under the couch when I was cleaning. Besides that it was good. Linens and towels where very clean. I felt like the cleanliness and dryer filter are mentioned very frequently in the contract but in my case whoever was there before didn't do a good job. That's all I can say.Thank you for renting me your Condo. I almost forgot to mentioned one more thing , make sure to tell your renters that the beach privileges are not included and or mentioned in the contract. I think what this meant, you can't use the chairs and umbrellas that are already at the beach.For me was very inconvenient because I have arthritis in both knees so I couldn't carry all of that to the beach. It was a walk to get to the beach, at least for me,.

Cute beach condo

Very clean and well equipped beach condo. Had everything we needed and short walk to beach and local shops and restaurants. Short bike ride to seaside. We learned the first day why most people weren’t using wagons to haul beach gear to the beach- a long flight of stairs leads down from the boardwalk to get to the beach so next time we would leave the wagon at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick beach vaca

The location was wonderful - super easy walk to the beach access (maybe 5 mins)... and several food options within an easy walk. It was a nice quiet group of condos, with easy parking. The condo itself was super cute and had everything we needed. It does have a little beach cart and a couple chairs, we ended up being lazy and just renting from the guys on the beach. It was very clean - my only complaint would be the floors could have been cleaner and maybe a few more rugs, especially in the bathroom. Ultimately tho, it was very nice!!! Would definitely book again.

Great location!

Super convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a stones throw to ice cream, donuts, and 2 wonderful restaurants! Accommodations had all we needed for an enjoyable and restful week.
