Unwind and rejuvenate in this newly renovated, upscale retreat on the south side of 30A!

Catching N Relax is a beautifully updated 4-bedroom + bunk room, 3-bath home located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa Beach — just minutes from the sand, restaurants, and shops.

Step inside to an open-concept main level featuring a bright living area, modern furnishings, and brand-new flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry are conveniently located on the first floor, along with a queen bedroom and full bath — perfect for guests who prefer main-level living.

Upstairs, the primary master suite offers a king bed, dedicated workspace/desk, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This suite also connects to a separate bunk room with a new bunk bed set, ideal for little ones. A second master suite features another king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds and a PS4 gaming system for endless fun.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (six TVs total) so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows after a day at the beach or pool.

Amenities include: bikes (4), beach toys, kayaks (2), paddle board, bike trailer for child, outdoor connect four and corn-hole, community pool and fitness center. Take your pick of several beach access points including a .3 mile walk to neighborhood access.

You will find plenty of indoor entertainment between the 6 flat screen smart TVs, PS4, board games, books and wifi. The kitchen is stocked and includes a blender, Cuisinart toaster and coffee maker and stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. The bar features four comfortable, swivel bar stools. A beverage refrigerator is located in the dining area.

Outside you will find a porch swing, gas grill, fire patio table, outdoor shower and privacy fence.

Great home, excellent location

Our family of 10 ( parents, grown children and grandchildren) had a wonderful vacation together at Catch and Relax. It was comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked and convenient to such great places like restaurants , bakery, ice creamery and beach. I was concerned that being right on 30A would make it noisy but it was not a problem at all inside the home and the backyard was private and comfortable. We enjoyed all of the extras that were available for our use like beach chairs, toys etc. We also were glad to have the LSV. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

If you are heading to the Santa Rosa Beach area, you won't go wrong staying at this property. Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach. Awesome happy hour at Mimmosa's Italian restaurant across the street. Owner is very responsive and great to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for large family

Very nice house on 30A. We enjoyed a one week stay with multi-generational vacation and loved the house size and arrangement. Walkable location to public beach but loved the golf cart addition for convenience to beaches and restaurants. Nice enmities including pool and workout area. Game and books added fun to our stay. Location right on 30A so traffic awareness required.

Perfect for a large family

We had a great time on our family trip. We rented the golf cart and it was easy to drive this to the beach or to restaurants. We also took advantage of the bikes and road to Grayton Beach and Seaside several times. We had 6 adults and one child but could have comfortably fit more adults in the house.

Great property

My family and I have recently stayed at Catch N Relax.We could not have been happier with this property. It looked just like the pictures.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, the beach access is within walking distance of 7-10 minutes.The property is a short drive from Seaside, Alys and Rosemary beach. The house comes with 6 bikes, 2 kayaks and a paddle board and a gas grill that is a big plus when you bring a bunch of kids with you. We will be happy to stay here again.

Senior Spring Break

My friend and I chaperoned a group of senior boys and the house was perfect for the 5 of them and the 4 of us (plus 2 younger siblings). Location is great, just far enough from the beach for peace and quiet, but close enough to just walk down for a few hours. There is a walking path through the neighborhood (past a condo complex), but you need to find the right area of the beach (some parts are private that way). There pool was very nice and house fully stocked. The grill is giant saved looks brand new, and there were so many toys! Kayaks, paddleboard, chairs, bikes, and even sand stuff. Could not have asked for a better trip!!

What a wonderful property!! Beds are so comfortable, sofa is a nap waiting to happen. I loved the front porch swing for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Close to everything. Public beach access is close and nice. Fishing is amazing. Nothing left out.

Lovely Property

A wonderful family vacation!

Catch n Relax was the perfect spot for our family. The house setup was great, and the location was good. (Be aware that the main drag runs alongside the house.) There was some noise from traffic but nothing that kept us awake at night. Adding the golf cart is a must, as it makes it so easy to get around town and to the beaches. The information book and Julie’s communication and recommendations were invaluable. The washer and dryer (which was the quickest, most efficient one I’ve ever used) were handy after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets galore. I would highly recommend a stay here. We hope to be back.

Perfect Property

Catchnrelax has everything you need for an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. And the golf cart, bikes and paddle board make the days at the beach so easy and fun. I hope we can come back. We also loved Blue Mountain Bakery near by. The muffins were great!!

Wonderful house, great location

We’ve stayed along 30A at least half a dozen times, and this was by far our favorite house of its size. It’s not a massive house but feels plenty roomy. There was plenty of room for just the six of us, but adding three or four more guests would have still made for a very comfortable stay. The sectional in the living room became one of the focal points of our stay and a few of us fell asleep on it one rainy day. The other focal point for us was the back patio! The owners have created a wonderful back yard with a place for the whole family to gather. I cooked steaks on the grill one night and we all sat around the fire pit table for a couple of hours enjoying our meal and each other’s company. The beds were all super-comfy and the rooms and bathrooms extremely clean and well-appointed. The only thing renters should be aware of is that the kitchen is not supplied with as many utensils as some other houses in the area. If you never ever cook while you’re at the beach, you’ll be fine. If you want to cook a meal or two while you’re down there, just be aware that you may have to bring or buy some things depending on what you’re planning. We were a bit surprised, for example, that there was not a cutting board, as nearly every rental we’ve stayed at had one. No biggie, we bought a cheap one at Publix, but it’s just something for future renters to be aware of. Perhaps the best thing about this house besides the house itself is the location. Get the golf cart! We only drove our car three times while down there (twice to Publix and once to Boshamps). The location of the house just on the edge of Blue Mountain Beach means that most everything is a leisurely <20 min drive on the golf cart and parking is a breeze when you arrive at your destination (ahem…looking at you, Seaside). Using the golf cart, we managed to get the six of us, six beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys, multiple totes, and two coolers down to the beach with ease. Don’t pass up this property; it’s a gem!

The way property management should be

Beach home away from home. Tastefully and tranquilly decorated with so many beach/fun extras to use. Amazingly fast response time when unexpected issue occurred, and great recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
