Experience a versatile family retreat in this beautifully updated residence that blends "Old Florida" charm with modern luxury. The main house features an airy, open layout and a massive wrap-around patio, perfect for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The separate carriage house provides the ultimate privacy for couples or grandparents, complete with its own living area. With high-end finishes and plenty of natural light, this compound offers a sophisticated yet comfortable sanctuary in the heart of Seagrove.
