Lovely beach house in gated neighborhood. Cypress Breeze Plantation is located just around the corner from the famous beaches of 30A in a quaint and picturesque community near Gulf Place. Cypress Breeze offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A, and the gleaming blue waters of the beach at Santa Rosa are 1/2 mile away. This charming new beach cottage is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. With 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a large living area and a screened in patio and porch with gas grill in the back there is room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. The living room is sunny and spacious, and features a large flat panel television and cushy seating. The dining area offers seating for eight guests and access to the back porch. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary wifi. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
