Welcome to "Paradise Blu" at Blue Mountain Beach, a luxury townhome located on the scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Come soak up the sunshine on our beautiful sugar sand beaches or swim in the pool. With two family rooms and 4 bedrooms, this home is perfect for 2 families, a multigenerational group or a group of friends.

6 minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach- Neighborhood beach access!!
5 minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for Ice Cream
2 minute walk to Blue Mountain Bakery for the BEST Cinnamon Rolls
Easy walks to restaurants, shops, etc.

The rooftop terrace is a unique feature that won't disappoint! Whether you want to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee or gather together while watching the sunset for the day, it is the perfect spot to create lasting vacation memories.

Thirty Blu also has a beautiful heated pool with a grilling station with plenty of outdoor seating if you'd like to cook out and swim.

We offer beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys and a wagon for guests to help make your day at the beach carefree and fun.

All within 1 block of "Paradise Blu" is a local organic grocery store, yoga studio, homemade ice cream, several restaurants (fish tacos!!), bakery serving fresh baked pastries, coffee and donut shop as well as a bike rental service that has everything you need to explore the area on 2 wheels.

"Paradise Blu" Layout:

The first floor living room has a sectional couch providing plenty of seating to watch TV or movies on the 70" flat screen TV. There are also games, puzzles and foosball for when rain showers pass through. Laundry facilities are located on this floor as well as the 1st floor Bedroom Suite. It has an adjoining bath that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. This bedroom includes a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and makes a great bedroom for families with children or those with limited mobility.

On the second floor you will find a fully stocked chef's kitchen, dining space able to accommodate up to 10, and another spacious living room with a 65" TV. Down the hall is the 2nd Bedroom Suite with a king bed and it's own adjoining bath with walk-in shower.

The third floor offers 2 separate Bedroom Suites which are perfect for families. Bedroom 3 offers a luxurious king size bed, adjoining master bath with shower/tub combo and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 provides two queen size beds, reading nook and adjoining bath with shower/tub combo.

The spiral staircase leads you to the fourth-floor, 360 degree roof-top terrace. It provides ample seating and the perfect spot for sunbathing or a cocktail at sunset. Fabulous spot to enjoy the magnificent views!

***Important information***

1. There are 2 parking spaces provided and tenants MUST display parking permits on their front dash. Additional parking is available on-site in first come first served visitor spots and along 30A.

2. Minimum Age Rental Requirement is 25 and primary renter must be a guest during the entire stay. There must be at least one adult (25+) present for each 3 guests below age 25.

3. No Smoking inside or outside in common areas.

4. No Pets or animals of any kind. Our HOA prohibits them.

5. No Hammocks or hanging anything off of the rooftop terrace balcony.

2024 Family Vacay

We wanted to vacation in a different area this year so we chose Santa Rosa Beach. Destin and PCB are typically too busy for our liking. We loved Santa Rosa! It’s a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach. Paradise Blu was amazing! Claire thought of every single detail! The kitchen is the most equipped that we have ever seen in a rental. We used the shared pool and it was great, never overcrowded. We walked the short distance to the beach the first time and then we drove so we could park close by. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area and never had to wait long for a table. I would definitely recommend Paradise Blu!

Highly recommend!

So many great things to say about this property. It had all the big and small amenities we needed. It is walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. Claire and Michael were so helpful and responsive when we had questions the listing was spot on in accuracy. We had an extended-family vacation at this rental. The space was great for our family of five, which includes three kids +2 additional adults. The extra living room for the kids was great and was stocked with plenty of toys and games.

Awesome Beach Trip!

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Blu! Claire was very helpful and responsive. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving week with friends and family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and lots of space to hang out – especially loved the roof top area! The beach, bakery and ice cream shop were a quick walk/golf cart ride away and loved having the beach chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. We have never been to Blue Mountain and liked exploring a new (less crowded) area on 30A. Fabulous trip – thanks so much Claire!

Girls Trip

Bike and Beach

Beautiful designer style accommodations are comfortable and functional in this unit located across the street from the Timpoochee bike path. Located near restaurants on the bike path, and a short bike to the beach, this location offers a quiet respite from busier beach areas such as Seaside. The nearby bakery and icecream shop quickly become family favorites.

Beautifully appointed townhome

Our family was reuniting from 3 different states for Thanksgiving. We used to own a property in Blue Mountain Beach, so we already knew the area was wonderful. It is a short charming walk to the beach access past a bike rental, a wonderful bakery, and multiple cute restaurants. The townhome was beautiful, clean, and had the most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. So cooking anything was easy. The bedrooms were spacious and the rooftop deck was a great place to hang out. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home in Blue Mountain

Paradise Blu was a beautiful home full of amenities. It was very clean and had everything you could need right there. It was close to restaurants and stores and a short walk to the beach. The communication from the property owner was above and beyond, both before we arrived and during our stay. They made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were settled and comfortable when we arrived. The home had plenty of room for our family, including teenagers and grandparents. It was truly a beautiful vacation home that we all enjoyed. We are already looking forward to our next vacation.

Better than advertised!

We have been coming to the Destin area for over 34 years, so our happiness with the accommodations has many years of experience to back it up. We have Top ratings for cleanliness (and my wife is a stickler for a clean space), space to stretch out, roof top accommodations, and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms! We had 8 adults and 3 under 3, and there was plenty of room for us to unwind and visit. We even enjoyed the short walk to the Irish Pub to throw darts and hang out! The only draw back was the walk to the beach! With 3 little ones it took a bit of organization but it was a small inconvenience for our vacation. We would recommend Paradise Blu without hesitation!

Perfect Accommodations For Our Family of 10

We had a great week at Paradise Blu. The townhouse was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed. Claire was quick to respond to our questions and provided some great recommendations to some of her local favorites- including the cinnamon rolls from the Blue Mountain Bakery conveniently located across the secret! Red Fish Taco and Local Catch Bar and Grill were a couple of delicious dinner locations. Our family will definitely be visiting the Emerald Coast again!

Wonderful vacation
