Thank you for our stay. It is a very short walk to the beach, covered parking for the condo and the elevator was great for my mother and her dog. I highly recommend this pet friendly condo!

The rental was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location to many activities and especially the beach. You can even see a bit of the beach from the balcony. The pool and grounds were in great shape. The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything needed in the kitchen also. The elevator and carts were very nice to get to the unit. We would stay again!!

Great Studio Condo

We loved staying here. Very comfortable place with every detail taken care of. Loved the pool and pavilion.

We made the best we could because it was our week at the beach, decided not to let the place change our fun. Great location, close enough to the beach. If you don't bring your own chairs and umbrella they rent it for you $79 per 2 chairs and umbrella. People wake up early to get in front of the beach and beat the ones that rent the shades. This was 1 studio apartment not 1 bedroom so the bed was only 3 Ft away from the pull up couch made it busy for 4, and pet. 😵‍💫 It wont cost much and will make it more pleasant if furniture is updated. Will look cleaner, nicer and more inviting, and it wont look like it was furnished from goodwill store. An old dirty rug was there to cover up the missing tiles on the floor. 😵‍💫. Pool, laundry and common areas were good! We had fun, despite this but for sure not booking that unit again. 😎

Short walk to the beach

We’ve stayed at this location before but not this same unit. The beach is super close and FLAT! We brought our dog and she loved it.

Beach Front II

This is my second stay in this unit 4th at these condos. They are dog friendly short walk to beach . I will be back later this summer. This is only place I stay anymore

Teacher summer break!’nnn

This is my third stay at this location. It will be my choice for as long as it is available for my beach vacation. I love that I can take my dachshunds and they are so used to the place now they are very well behaved and love the people they meet. The area is quiet and restful and all the people I have met are friendly. This is a hidden gem!

On night 3 we had an issue with the fridge letting out an obnoxious repetitive noise about two times every hour throughout the night that lasted 2-3 minutes each time. Told benchmark and said someone would check it out, I’m not sure if they came or not but the fridge continued with the noise through our last night. So we were pretty exhausted during the days from lack of sleep which is unfortunate as this was our babymoon and I was really looking forward to the rest.
