Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have exclusive use of the apartment for yourself, your companions, and any previously registered visitors, with access to the following building amenities:

🪬 Access to common areas — Wristband system

At check-in at the building reception, each guest will receive an identification wristband (fee: COP $25,000 per person), valid for up to 7 days. This wristband is required to access the building amenities. Children under 8 years old do not require a wristband.

1st floor pool: every Tuesday · 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (no access)
16th floor pool: every Wednesday · 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (no access)

⚠️ Important restrictions:

Access to the 16th floor wet areas (jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room) is exclusively for adults.
Entry under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the common areas.
The administration may restrict access in case of overcrowding or non-compliance with coexistence rules.

⚠️ The following amenities are still pending opening or official confirmation of use: coworking area and squash court.

The property is located in the exclusive Delventto building, in Pozos Colorados, one of the quietest and most privileged areas of Santa Marta. It is just a few minutes from the airport and has easy access via the Troncal del Caribe, making it ideal for work stays or longer stays by the sea. Nearby you will find Cabo Tortuga, less crowded beaches, and multiple routes to explore the Santa Marta coastline.

⚠️ All guests must register through our Guest App, in compliance with Law 2068 of 2020. Each guest must upload their identification document and complete the form. Without this registration, access cannot be authorized.
