Helt greit hotell, fin beliggenhet
Hotellet er helt greit, glassveggen på badet hadde nok ikke blitt vasket på ei stund ellers så virket det rent. Frokosten var god og betjeningen var imøtekommende og hyggelig. Det var ikke spesielt varmt vann i dusjen, noe som gjorde at jeg byttet hotell.

Great value for money
I booked a premium room with terrace. Simply loved it. The staff was great and very helpful. It's not a luxury hotel, but great value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff was perfect! Nice, clean bathrooms. The breakfast was good. The location is in the Centro so it is easily accessible. I definitely recommend this place.

God beliggenhed og praktisk rum
Billederne på nettet er bedre end virkeligheden fx. er der et "fodbad" i lobbyen, ikke en pool. Undrer mug til stadighed over angivelsen af "lufthavnstransport" hvilket de fleste gange betyder der kan ringes efter en taxa. Det har dog ikke noget med hotellets standard at gøre. Morgenmaden er god, personalet flink og hjælpsomt, rummet og sengen god. Hvis man ikke kan lide trapper er det ikke et sted at komme. Alle rum er oppe en eller flere stejle smalle trapper.

Perfect location, wonderful outdoor terrace to enjoy the epic Santa Marta breezes, nice complimentary hot breakfast options ... staff was helpful and held our bags behind the desk for a few hours after checkout which was much appreciated.

Bonito nas fotos, mas longe de ser hotel boutique
Na noite de chegada, os lençóis estavam sujos, ducha entupida e não saia água direito, além de sermos surpreendidas com uma barata. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de quarto, mas neste o frigobar não gelava, além da porta da ducha não fechar e quando ganhava pressão parecia que ia explodir da parede. Informei na recepção e, ao invés de nos esperarem sair do quarto, mandaram a manutenção pra ficar martelando na nossa cabeça. Café da manhã é super restrito- você não pode repetir nada, se não te cobrarão como prato extra!! Eles dizem que tem uma jacuzzi, mas está mais pra uma banheira velha e suja. O que salva é o pessoal que trabalha lá ( eles podiam ter um outro uniforme mais fresco, já que faz muito calor), que foram super amáveis!

The hotel is very close to the El parque de los novios, where you could find many restaurants and bars, also the beachfront is very close. I would recomend this hotel.

Nice city hotel
Nice, small city hotel in a very good location to the main beach avenue as well as to the downtown area with shops, restaurants and bars. Very modern boutique style, with very friendly reception employee's for check-in as well as for further support and questions, also good English speaking, no breakfast buffet but this seems to be normal for this area in Colombia as it happened also in other hotels, tax advantage is not forwarded to the traveler buy the book in portal But this has nothing to do with the good value and service of the hotel.

Fantastic location and service!!!!
Service and location were fantastic the only let downs were the bed not being too comfortable and breakfast was the same everyday with minimal choices to be made.

Excelente hotel
Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor. El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en el check in puesto que Expedia había habilitado como disponible la habitación que reservamos por lo que estaba ocupada al ingresar sin embargo Andrea en la recepción resolvió la situación de la mejor manera posible. El desayuno es delicioso. En cuanto a las instalaciones hay varios detalles que sería bueno arreglar, como esquinas sin pintar en la habitación. Hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras pues son muy empinadas, no cuentan con servicio de parqueadero pero hay varios cerca. Muy buena ubicación es a una cuadra del Parque de los novios.

Nice boutique hotel near the center
We really enjoyed this peaceful place! It was close to everything by walking distance. The sound of the wind and the trees is amazing! We stayed for a couple of nights and had a really good sleep. The staff is amazing. Loved that it was very quiet all the time. Highly recommend it if you are backpacking like we were.

hotel muy bien ubicado, pero es totalmente diferente de las fotografias que muestran, las instalaciones estan descuidadas, no hubo luz, por lo tanto para bañarnos tuvieron que subir un balde con agua, los aires estaban descompuestos. La verdad fue muy diferente lo que pague a lo que consegui, igual en general estuvo bien.

GOOD BUT NOT ENOUGH!
ALTHOUGH THE HUMAN FACTOR OF THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS GREAT, I MUST SAY I WAS DISSAPOINTED WITH A FEW THNGS LIKE THE LINEN, TOWELS, INTERNET, AND TV SERVICE, DURING THE 4 DAYS STAY I HAD THERE, THERE WAS HARDLY ANY TV SERVICE, FUNNY BECAUSE WHEN I LEFT THE HOTEL THE BARS DOWN THE BLOCK HAD THE SAME COMPANY SERVICING THEM AND THEIR TV WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. THE SHEETS WERE VERY OLD AND STAINED. SOME TOWELS HAD EVEN HOLES IN THEM. THEY HAD A JACUZI THAT WAS PERSONALIZED, NICE IDEA, BUT THIS JACUZI HAD COLD WATER WHICH RUINED MY EXPECTATIONS. FIRST COLD WATER JACUZI I SEE IN MY LIFE,

Hotel is not located in a very good Street. The towels at the hotel was very dirty and dingy with stains. They did not change the towels on a daily basis. The shower head to the bathroom was filled with some kind of black sludge. The steps leading to the second floor did not have any railings to hold onto while trying to go either up or down.

One of th girls of the reception was so slow and not wanting to help that, that in it self ruin the experience. They cal "hotel Boutique" any house that have a room. This is not a hotel boutique is more like a B&B

Desafortunadamente mi experiencia en el hotel no fue del todo buena, la ducha tenía poca presión y la regadera estaba medio tapada. El blackout estaba dañado. El aire acondicionado sonaba y nos tocó apagarlo a la hora de dormir. Había un escalón en el baño con el que nos tropezamos varias veces porque no estaba señalizado. Las escaleras del hotel son muy empinadas y no había nadie que nos ayudara con las maletas.... Definitivamente no fue una experiencia placentera.

A charming botique hotel
We came for one night during our honeymoon and it was perfect for a romantic night in downtown Santa Marta. This hotel was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and mostly quiet. There were nice touches like a cool drink upon arrival, a complimentary hand massage at request (you can pay to have full-body massaages in one of their affiliated hotels a few blocks away), and they got the jacuzzi ready for us to use for a romantic evening on the terrace roof looking out over the city. The jacuzzi could be better--got a lot of bugs in it and was shallow so the high setting on the jets just splashed water everywhere--but it's a pretty little terrace and was a pleasant, romantic experience. Also our room on the first floor was near reception and the door (you have to ring the doorbell to come in and out of hotel) so it wasn't as quiet, but it didn't end up being as much of an issue as I thought it could have been.

Me encanto el hotel, lo recomiendo!
Fue una experiencia agradable, estuve feliz con mi mamá durante los 4 días de estadía. La atención de su personal: Tony, Nara y Gloria es maravillosa, como si estuviéramos en casa; su diligencia, amabilidad, respeto y disposición nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Las personas de apoyo para el transporte, en especial Eliseo, son maravillosos seres humanos, responsables y muy amables. Si desean realizar viajes al Tayrona y otros lugares turísticos, les recomiendo hacerlo a través del hotel; ya que cuentan con excelentes contactos para realizar las visitas de forma cómoda y segura. Por mejorar solo recomendaría que se supervisen las condiciones de las habitaciones antes de su entrega; ya que no tuve nevera en mi habitación, y los precios del minibar, son muy costosos. El hotel está ubicado en una zona estratégica en el Centro de la ciudad, es calmada y segura, cerca a buenos restaurantes, el muelle y a las avenidas principales para dirigirse a otros lugares. Cerca pueden encontrase muchos lugares para realizar las compras de regalos y souvenirs. Sin duda, recomiendo alojarse en este hotel!
