Loved everything about our stay at Casal Dos Capelinhos. Miguel, Maria and Pedro were all exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Food was great, both the breakfast and the dinner! Rooms and property were beautiful and great location, 5 min drive to Regau. Would definitely stay here again.

Quel moment inoubliable!!! D'abord Miguel nous attendait Ć  l'entrĆ©e de la propriĆ©tĆ©, il nous a accompagnĆ© Ć  notre emplacement, nous a fait faire une petite visite en nous expliquant l'histoire du vignoble, il nous a aussi recommandĆ© un 'road trip'' que nous avons fait en aprĆØs-midi. Nous avions dĆ©cidĆ© de prendre le repas du soir au vignoble,( l'un des propriĆ©taire est venu nous saluer) cela a Ć©tĆ© une expĆ©rience extraordinaire au niveau gastronomique, ambiance, musique, feux de foyer, etc... Le brunch du matin est sublime. Et que dire de la superbe vue de notre chambre..... Nous recommandons sans rĆ©serve si vous souhaitez une expĆ©rience unique

Amazing place to stay a Douro Valley. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The wine testing above our expectations. Attention, and service from the staff Miguel, Pedro, Marlene and Socorro, magnificent. The room very comfortable, the bed, the linen, top quality. The bathroom excellent. Was a wonderful experience for my husband and me. I recommend this property to everyone who wants to expend beautiful days in Douro Valley. Thank you guys šŸŒ¹

This is a beautiful Quinta of 7 rooms. Their service is fabulous, as is the food. Tomas & Miguel were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and all around very nice young men doing their job well. Kitchen staff prepared beautiful, delicious food. Rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Regua train station is a quick 6-7 minutes, taxis out front. They recommended a Michelin star restaurant right next to the station for lunch which was beautiful & the food was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Bien que la propriete soit jolie et le service excellent, nous avons eu une chambre qui sentait fortement l'humiditƩ a cause de fortes pluies 2 jours avant notre arrivƩe. L'etablissement n'ayant pas de solution pour nous, nous avons prƩfƩrƩ Ʃcourter notre sƩjour. A noter que nous avons ƩtƩ remboursƩ de la nuit non passƩe Ơ l'hotel sans souci.

Everything was just great.! The staff are very nice, Thomas and Miguel. The breakfast set-up everyday was nice, the pastry and bread and fruits were always fresh.The room was clean, and we had a lovely view of the vineyard. Our dinner was excellent as well. The property was just beautiful. I will surely stay here again if i even come back to Duoro.

This property is a gem. We wish we had booked for longer! Where to start? The size and location are idyllic, nestled amongst vineyards. The feel of the place is rustic yet modern at the same time ā€” completely charming. We felt immediately relaxed, and enjoyed mornings by the pool and day trips out. The breakfasts were the best, and we loved the special dinner they offered. Miguel and the staff are exceptional!

Wunderschƶne kleine Quinta mitten in den Weinbergen. Alles noch in neuem Zustand. Hervorragendes Personal, welches uns jeden Wunsch erfĆ¼llt hat. Besonders Miguel hat sich toll um uns gekĆ¼mmert. Die KĆ¼che ist einfach traumhaft, kƶstliche Gerichte und schƶn serviert. Eine Wein und Port tasting Station mit den eigenen Produkten gibt es auch. Ein Picknick wurde uns im Garten liebevoll gerichtet. Alles lƤuft super schnell Ć¼ber Whatsapp. Lage ist etwas auserhalb von Regua, von hier kommt man schnell Ć¼berall hin. Wir kommen wieder.

Vi blev forkƦlet med deres hjemmelavede morgen- og aftensmad, der i hĆøj grad baseres pĆ„ egne eller lokale rĆ„varer og tilberedes sĆ„ lƦkkert. Quinta Noval-Casal Dos Capelinhos was an incredible stay. Everyone from Marlena, Monica, Miguel, to Pedro, made our experience special. Everything there, is about the team, continuous improvement, and giving the guests an experience of a lifetimeā€¦and they do. It is a gem of a rural establishment with a modern attitude and modern design. The staff takes a special interest in everyone and seeks to provide what one desires. We loved the fabulous breakfast (included) with granola, fruit, cheese, pastries, eggs and moreā€¦ to the terrific, multi-course Michelin-like dinnerā€¦ to a wine tasting not to be forgotten. Did I mention one may have ā€œwine on demandā€ by a little machine in the lobby, by some of the rooms, any time of the day/night? All in all, a trip to be treasured, like a fine wine. A SWEET experience! Thanks Team Casal Dos Capelinhos.

This is a great property. You feel like a welcome guest in someone's private house. The room are not big but the bed was confortable and the bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast is included and this is a high point of the property. Beautiful and very tasty breakfast with a very large selection of products, some grown on the property. The staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this property.

This place is special - a real experience. Boutique hotel in a gorgeous setting with personalized service. Picture by the infinity poolā€¦that view!! And biggest shout out to Monica who made our trip. Every recommendation (wineries, restaurants, etc) she gave was fantastic. When you have limited time in places, where you go matters and she gave us memories for a lifetime. Douro Valley generally is one of the most stunning places weā€™ve ever been and this hotel is conveniently located while providing total peace and serenity. Only recommendation Iā€™d made is to do more with the beautiful patio spaces. Ours was huge with gorgeous vineyard views. Put comfortable chairs and tables out there and make it more of an outdoor living space. 5 star stay and thank you to everyone!!

This was our first trip to Douro Valley, and we were spoiled! This is a very small, exclusive type winery resort. They only have 7 rooms. The staff are so kind and really make you feel special. We otped for a wine tasting session, and all 4 wines we tried were amazing. We also opted for their prepared meal, which requires 24hr booking. We both ordered the beef, and it was amazing. From the homemade olive bread, barrata tomato salad, kitche special chicken soup, veal ribeye main and tasty desserts. Needless to say we left super satisfied. We had room 2, and they have recently added some masked glass to add privacy to the bathroom. Highly recommend 10 on 10!

We enjoyed the private wine tasting which was delightful. Please treat yourself to the dinner at the property itā€™s pricy and worth it. We had the vegetarian and cod options. Several courses and outstanding all around. The breakfast was also first rate. This two night stay was five star all the way. Monica our host was very attentive and helped us with taxi and off property reservations. We highly recommend.

This is a family owned beautifully renovated Quinta Nova , which was lovely. We liked the room choice, dining inside or out and the beautiful pool. The winemaker was available to talk about all things winemaking. We loved being able to relax at the property after sightseeing. One suggestion would be to add a few dishes to the menu to have more options for those who want dinner for more than 1 night. We will recommend to friends and hope to visit ourselves again. Grace

We had a fantastic stay. It was low season and the owners treated us like family. The food was great, the room was nice though so be aware the open concept means the shower and toilet are basically in the same room.

Simplesmente sensacional. No coraĆ§Ć£o do Douro, Ć³timas instalaƧƵes e comida excepcional (fazem de tudo para agradar o cliente). Mas o atendimento Ć© o diferencial, sem falar no conhecimento que o Pedro tem da regiĆ£o. Voltaria se possĆ­vel em todas as estaƧƵes do ano para continuar a boa conversa que eu e minha famĆ­lia tivemos com ele, e para saber cada vez mais um pouco dessa regiĆ£o maravilhosa. Outra fato importante. A degustaĆ§Ć£o foi a que melhor tivemos, tanto pela qualidade dos vinhos bem como pela explicaĆ§Ć£o do anfitriĆ£o. ParabĆ©ns, continuem assim.
