1 bedroom bright open spacious apartment centrally located with, kitchen, 5 minutes to two beaches and Punta cometa, Ocean views from unit and large Private Rooftop with amazing views. All the amenities needed for comfortable stay, AC, King size bed, full kitchen, private parking, hot water, wifi. Unit has one king size bed and one small bed/couch. Room darkening shades all around. Guests have option to purchase Day Pass for pool, lounge and restaurant at Carpe Diem which is less than 2 minutes walk down the road.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right to refuse occasional visitors and, under no circumstances, will they be allowed access to the rooms as part of the included guest service. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the visitor to leave immediately.

TOWELS: It is strictly prohibited (without exception) to remove white towels from the room. Ask at the front desk about renting beach towels, which may be used inside and outside the hotel.

PETS: Keep them on a leash in common areas, pick up feces, do not get on beds or futons, and do not leave them locked up all day. Any damages by pets will result in charges.

Any damage caused by guests to objects, personal property, or real estate owned by the hotel will be their sole responsibility, and they will be responsible for any repairs.

When leaving the room, lights, fans, and air conditioners must be turned off.
The keys must be turned in on the day of departure.

NO SMOKING INSIDE, extra cleaning fees can be applied to remove and smoking odors.
