The residence is a single-story farmhouse divided into several studios.
Each studio, measuring 20 square meters, features a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a loggia.
Simple and functional, it is equipped with a double bunk bed (sleeps 2x2, i.e., 2 double beds) and a kitchenette with dishes, a microwave, a coffee maker, a countertop refrigerator, and storage space.
The grounds feature parking spaces, playgrounds for children (swings, slide…), two ping-pong tables, three pétanque courts, two barbecues, a traditional wood-fired pizza oven (wood provided), and enclosed outdoor showers—perfect for when you return from the beach.
