I wish I could give 0 stars. Hands down the worst place I've ever stayed. I made a last minute reservation after working a 16hr shift. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I arrived at 9:30pm to check in. A man came out of the back room and proceeded to click click click at the computer for 30 mins without saying anything. I told him he needed to either get me in a room or cancel the rez. He finally gave me a key at 10pm. I finally got into the room after 10pm. Broken furniture, filthy floors & walls, cigarette holes on bedspread. There was no physical security barrier on the door, just a turn lock. I genuinely don't understand the reviews saying the place is clean and nice. Anyhow, I go to bed. Around 11:15pm, I wake up to knocking, but I'm so out of it, I don't know where the knocking is coming from, and I think its coming from next door. I fall back asleep. At 11:30, I'm awoken AGAIN by pounding at a door. This time, I realize it is at my door. I stumble to the door and look out the peep hole and see a woman outside. I ask what she wants. She says she's the manager and she wanted to know if my room is ok???? I open the door, totally confused and disoriented, and ask WHAT? She wanted to know if my room was ok and if I wanted to change rooms. I just stared at her in disbelief before closing the door. I realized after that not only did she knock on my door twice, but also tried to call twice. At 11:30 at night. Guess what? Your guest is SLEEPING!!! Who does that?
