Located in the place of Pousadela, in the parish of Nogueira da Regedoura, in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, 5 km from Espinho, Casa Pousadela is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to rest without giving up the urban centers and the beach. The house offers conditions for a pleasant and comfortable stay, with access to large outdoor spaces such as an interior courtyard, a threshing floor, a roof deck, a canastro and gardens where you can take meals, sunbathe and watch the sunset over the sea…
Casa Pousadela is well located, since it is only a short distance from the A1 and A41, giving you a privileged connection to the cities of Espinho, Porto and Aveiro and 34 km from the Francisco Sá Carneiro airport.
Other things to note
When you book Casa Pousadela you are guaranteeing the stay in the house ONLY to the people included in the reservation. For reasons of safety and inherent cost allocation, the permanence of people who are not included in the reservation is not allowed. In order to allocate a fair value to the use of the house, the price is established according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
The guest is responsible for booking for the correct number of guests (including infants - 0-2 years old; children - 2-12 years old; and pets).
Any abusive setting of the home price (by selecting a lower number of guests or incorrect setting of guests' ages) will entitle the host to change the reservation in its entirety (for the full period) to include the correct number and information of the people staying in the home.
If the guest intends to make unforeseen changes to the reservation, which relate to the number of guests, these changes must be made by the day before the day of check-in, so that the home can be prepared in a timely manner.

For stays longer than 14 days, an additional/intermediate cleaning fee (55 euros) will be charged for each 14-day period of the reservation.
