Casa Lia is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of La Barra, Puerto Escondido.

~ On the ground floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, king-size beds, dressing areas, and ocean views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals while enjoying the captivating ocean vista. The lounge/living room area features large and comfy couches, creating a cozy space to relax and unwind.

~ On the first floor, an immense palapa area awaits you with breathtaking ocean views. Here, you can indulge in the fully equipped kitchen, gather on the extra-large comfy couch to read a book, or sip a glass of wine while witnessing mesmerizing sunsets. Two more spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, dressing areas, and ocean views await your peaceful slumber. One bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the other offers two queen beds and one single bed.

At Casa Lia, our villa is embraced by a lush garden, and despite our utmost efforts, it's possible for the occasional bug, ant, spider, or other nature-loving creature to find their way indoors, especially if a door is left open.
By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and accept the potential of encountering wildlife, such as lizards, iguanas, bugs, ants, moths, scorpions, mosquitoes, spiders, birds, bats and cats. Rest assured, these creatures pose no harm if left undisturbed. We provide repellents, insecticides, and are available to offer further assistance if needed.
