The classic Manzanita House is the original ranch home at Seven Oaks Ranch. Built in the 1950’s and carefully updated, it features all the modern conveniences plus the charm of yesteryear. The tasteful remodel retained many of the original features including beautiful pine paneling and pocket doors. The Manzanita House sleeps up to seven guests with three private bedrooms including an oversized master suite with its own private sitting area. One of the bedrooms has a built-in twin over double bunk bed that is a throwback to the days of old-fashioned ranch bunkhouses. This spacious 1,800 sq ft home has an open plan with kitchen, dining room and living room leading to lovely double French doors that take you to an inviting deck area complete with patio furniture and a bar-b-que for cooking and relaxation. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and the dining room comfortably seats eight. Enjoy the serenity of the ranch on the open-air deck or take a stroll down the old ranch road that extends over a mile to the south end of this 230 acre preserve. Additional activities include wildlife watching, bird viewing, canoeing on the seasonal pond, horseshoes, corn hole, and stargazing.
