    Inside, you’ll find a bright, well-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, ideal for cooking up memorable meals. The inviting living room is outfitted with plush, modern furnishings—just the place to unwind after a day of exploring the area.

    The primary bathroom includes a spa-like rain shower for a touch of everyday luxury. With two king-size beds and a queen-over-double bunk, the home comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends. A dog under 50 lbs is welcome to join the fun, too!

    Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home backs up to scenic walking and biking trails, offering easy access to Santa Fe’s natural beauty.

    This home has forced air heating but not cooling. Ceiling fans in living room, second bedroom, and main bedroom. Adobe walls offer passive cooling.

Very clean and spacious. comfortable linens and beds. Close to all the locations we wanted to get to. The outdoor spaces were very comfortable and shielded us from wind. Nice quiet neighborhood home.

Perfect & beautiful cozy retreat for our snow ski vacation! Everything was communicated clearly. Property is maintained very well & the house is beautiful. I specifically wanted an elevated “Santa Fe look” and this house hit the nail on the head! I would love to stay again!

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Our Easter weekend stay was amazing. The kids enjoyed hunting eggs in the lovely yard. Adults enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. Essentials, in the kitchen were much appreciated. We had to take advantage of the first aid kit after an accident at the park. So many extra details have been put into this property that you will appreciate!
