Hoteller med alt inkludert i Santa Cruz

«Most of the staff did not seem friendly/helpful at all which was strange as every other of the hotels i stayed in during my stay at Madeira that was the number one thing. The room (atleast where i was) gave a real 'The Shining' vibe. The bathroom was relatively modern but the rest of the room was too outdated. Not something i really care about but this poor carpet is praying daily to be changed.. Spa was great, small but did the job and looked good. Resturant on site which i did not use. ...

«We had a great stay in the green room everything was excellent very clean comfortable bed welcoming drinks and snacks very quiet everything was excellent recommend to people who are interested.. Thank you Kasia for everything we will try to book in the future again.»

«Not a four star hotel. More a one-to stars hotel with a fine botanic garden. Bad smell from bath- room and very basic room, poor beds.»

«yggelig betjening. Fint komfortabelt rom.

«Was met at the airport by the owner, who took me for a drive around the village to show me where everyrhing was before settling in. He was very attentive and informative throughout my stay. The quinta is set in an extensive garden which was beautiful even in November. Can only imagine what it looks like in the spring and summer! A great base for walks in every direction. Recommended!»
