This charming 80m², two-bedroom apartment in Caniço offers the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and comfort. Located on the first floor and easily accessible by lift, the property combines convenience with modern amenities.

The apartment boasts an open-plan design, with a cosy living room featuring a plush sofa and a wide-screen TV—perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. Step out onto the balcony, where a seating area invites you to enjoy breathtaking sea views while savouring a refreshing drink or a morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is fitted with a dishwasher, making cleanup effortless. Laundry needs are also taken care of, with a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing equipment available for your use.

The two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort, along with ample storage space for your belongings.

The apartment includes two well-appointed bathrooms, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Additionally, the property offers private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests travelling with their vehicle.

Nestled in the charming town of Caniço on Madeira Island, this property offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility. Just a short distance away, Reis Magos Beach awaits with its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, and unwinding by the sea. For those with a passion for marine life, the nearby Garajau Nature Reserve, located only two kilometres away, provides a unique opportunity to explore a vibrant underwater ecosystem through snorkelling and diving.

Caniço is also a haven for food lovers, featuring an array of dining options. A standout is Laranjinha Bistro & Grill, a beloved local gem celebrated for its exceptional European and Portuguese cuisine served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Getting around from Caniço is effortless, thanks to its excellent connectivity. Regular bus services provide easy access to Funchal, Madeira’s lively capital, and other parts of the island. For those travelling by car, the town's proximity to major roads ensures seamless exploration of Madeira's stunning landscapes. Visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of activities, from water sports and hiking to discovering local markets and savouring the island’s unique culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Laranjinha 2, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 9-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
