This delightful 36 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with cozy living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. A washing machine is available for guests.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a common pool, which guests can enjoy while relaxing on the outdoor terrace.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Caniço, located on the southern coast of Madeira, offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Known for its mild climate, it’s perfect for year-round visits. The nearby Garajau Natural Reserve, a protected marine area, is ideal for snorkelling and diving, while the charming town features traditional whitewashed houses and the beautiful Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição.

The area is also great for outdoor enthusiasts, with scenic hiking trails through lush landscapes and along dramatic cliffs. Whether you're exploring nature or enjoying local cuisine, Caniço provides a relaxing and picturesque experience for all visitors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Calcada (lines 88, 109, 109A, 136, 155, and 157), is just a one-minute walk away.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
