This beautifully decorated 80-square-meter apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and many restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa bed perfect for relaxation, a large-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. You'll also have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a stunning sea view.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various utensils. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom offers a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and balcony access—ideal for unwinding and enjoying fresh air. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers easy access to a variety of attractions including the iconic Cristo Rei statue, the beautiful Praia do Garajau beach, and the scenic Miradouro do Pináculo viewpoint. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants such as La Carbonara Restaurant and Frango da Guiia 2 Garajau/Lareira Portuguesa 2. With its great location, this property is the perfect starting point for exploring the city and all it has to offer.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira International Airport is just a 10-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
