This lovely 80m² apartment is ideally situated near some of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living area features a homely sofa perfect for unwinding, a TV for catching your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Abundant natural light fills the room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy some fresh air and take in the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare tasty meals, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay.

The bathroom includes all the essentials for a refreshing experience, like towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Located on the 2nd floor, the building also has an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is an excellent place to explore the area and admire its stunning attractions. Visitors can head to Miradouro do Pico do Facho to take in the incredible views or visit Quinta do Santo (Santo António da Serra) to experience the historic beauty of the area. Those looking to relax can stroll to Miradouro Francisco Alvares Nóbrega to admire the scenery. Hungry visitors can feast on delicious Portuguese cuisine at Taberna do Petisco, Restaurante "O Professor", or Confeitaria Los Nietos.

The best way to reach the property is by taxi or by car.

The Madeira International Airport is just a 5-minute drive.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
