«Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.»

«Location, location, location. Steps to the beach and a nice view from the deck of the harbor. The cottage is well appointed with pretty much most of what you need. The accommodations are cozy and the deck is wonderful for outdoor meals.»

«Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. «We stayed in three rooms here and honestly it exceeded expectation. The property is stunning — set on a vineyard with the most beautiful flowers and a a gorgeous pool. It feels private, which made it feel like a real escape. The host was fantastic, super friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. Would absolutely come back, also very comfy beds plenty of towels and beautiful outdoor spaces and kitchen facility. And we love the outdoor fireplace!»
