The Apartment house Miara is set in a part of the town center of Santa Cristina Val Gardena.In 5 minutes’ walk or 1 minute by car, you can reach the next slope of Dolomiti Superski and the Sellaronda.Its amazing view on the Italian Dolomites is enjoyable also from the wide garden that fits perfectly to its classy Tyrolean furniture inside.The Apartments Miara are the perfect starting point for every activity you can do in Val Gardena as the slopes are a few minutes away and in summer the main walking path runs just by the house.Shops, restaurants, bars, bike & ski rentals and grocery store are all only a few steps away.Linen, towels and WIFI are included in the flat rate.



A small but comfortable studio apartment for a maximum of 2 persons.



This cozy apartment offers in its 35 m² size everything what you could wish for your holidays in the Dolomites of Val Gardena.



It comes with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a dining table.



The kitchenette is equipped with cooking plates, basin, kettle, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and much more. You will be able to enjoy the direct access to the sunny common garden.



Linen and towels are included in the rate.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 2



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
