Loved how comfortable and clean the room and hotel was everywhere. The only complaint would be the lack of a microwave in the room.

Lots of construction around the property, so probably wouldn't stay there again in the super near future, but would go back in a year or so when it's hopefully finished.

Very nice and clean rooms. Smelled great, nice pool and hot tub area. Staff, especially the night staff, where very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here anytime I am in the area

the shower doesnot have hot or warm water its only cold water. The main part is so many differnt charges on the property, i have paid almost 350 extra for some reason even after paying expedia full amount. They charge car parking, they charged me 50 dollars almost 3 time already, they keep saying its deposit and will be returned but i keep receiving notification about new chanrges i have paid 266 and two 50 dlllars and one 47 dollars payment already.

Good service, but other areas need improvement.
The hotel was nice, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. There was an oversight on check-in and we were not given an ADA room with roll-in shower as requested. It was quickly corrected. However, I have to say the room configuration is awkward at best. the bathroom doesn't connect to the bedroom. You have to walk through the sitting room to get to the bathroom. Lastly, I have to say the bed was horrible and below par for a Hyatt. It had two depressions on each side, the springs squeaked and it was about 12 inches above the floor making it difficult to rise from the bed for one with mobility problems. The fitted sheet wasn't made properly and the mattress cover was loose and rumpled. Time to replace the old mattress! Maybe the fitted sheets and mattress cover too.

Very nice property with well thought out room design. Quiet, well decorated, with a nice fitness center and pool. Loved the in-room robes, did not like the large concrete blocks on the bed, which I guess were suppose to be pillows. Overall, though, the place was very relaxing.

The hottub bleached our swimsuits. Hotel staff initially were responsive, even comping a friends stay but never returned my call.
