«Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong ...

«Very nice stay. The staff is so great and very service-minded. The hotel is spectacular with a very good vibe. Breakfast is very good and the bed is very comfy. As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis. Overall, one of the best hotels we have visited in Brasil! »
