«We had an amazing stay in Santiago Atitlán! The room was super spacious with four comfortable beds, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán! 🌿💙»

«The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!»

Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. «The hotel is in a good location, it is in a more secluded area, but is relatively close to the main street and the ferries. Clean and comfortable rooms, and staff allowed for early check-in which was very convenient. I would recommend the facility owners to install smaller lamps next to the bed as there is only the bright main light.»

«Really like this hotel. Beautiful view, off the beaten path a bit but still a not too far tuk tuk ride to town. More laid back than the fancier hotel next door but you can still eat there. Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. »
