We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in through smart locks. Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. This means that you can enter through the front door or through the garage without any hassle.
*Note: This unit is part of a duplex home in a quiet residential neighborhood.
*Please observe our house rules, which are designed to maintain the highest quality of stay for all our guests.
*No Parties/Events*
▪ To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home Sensor" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
▪ Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, fans, and AC/heater before leaving the home.
▪ No patio or outdoor gatherings after 10:00 PM.
▪ Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
