A rustic farmhouse in the countryside, just 30 minutes from Naples. Sant’Agata de Goti is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. With a total of 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two levels, plus two outdoor bathrooms by the lake and pool, the villa features a fireplace with heating in every room, including the bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cutting boards, cookware, dishes, a citrus juicer, a pod coffee machine, and a moka pot. Outside, there’s a large wood-fired oven, a barbecue, and a spacious patio with a large marble table. A beautiful and much-talked-about lawn surrounds the stunning pool, open from April through November. Games for children and adults.<br>It is possible to add 2 more beds in the upper living room.<br>Late checkout is available for an extra fee.<br>Guest access:<br>Ample on-site parking is available for our guests. Rooms on the lower floor are easily accessible for guests with disabilities.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>Our property is ideal for groups, families, couples, friends, and colleagues. We welcome guests of all nationalities, religions, and sexual orientations. We love animals in general and respect them. We work hard and invest daily in keeping the entire property clean, including the outdoor garden and the pool. We therefore prefer guests who respect all common areas. We have established rules regarding proper behavior to avoid having to file unpleasant complaints about guests; we ask that you all take these into account.
