«Great location. Minutes to the sand and local shops/restaurants. Loved Wickies lighthouse restaurant. Unit had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Chose sanibel island for the shelling and it didn't disappoint. Love this little island!»

«The cottage was cozy. Walking distance to shops on Periwinkle way. Place was clean and affordable. The Dutchess (service dog) enjoyed her stay as well. Loved that each room had its own ac unit. Loved going to the causeway and getting shells.»

«Kitchen lacking basic essentials- 1 skillet, no strainer, only 7 plates.The facility and staff were extremely helpful and were always checking to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction.Very clean and great decor.»

«Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again»

«Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!»

«I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact ...

«This trip was booked for our 27th wedding anniversary and it was the ideal spot. Rest relaxation was Paramont and we got. I like the fact that we had our own private Beech. The unit moved a little bit don't know if it was the wind or if it was the people next-door to us, but it felt like an earthquake that type of shimmy feel»
