This stunning two-bedroom, with a loft, is situated in the highly sought-after Coquina Beach on Sanibel Island. As you enter this beautiful beachside condo, you are immediately greeted by an impeccably designed interior. The spacious, open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring pristine white stone countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and a generously sized pantry stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. The kitchen island extends to seamlessly double as a dining table, offering seating for six and providing an unobstructed view of the living room and the lanai beyond.

The living room is a true haven, boasting beautiful décor and comfortable furnishings, including a plush sofa and two chairs arranged around a large flat-screen television. It offers the perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach. Step outside to the expansive lanai, where a sectional sofa invites relaxation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves crashing from the nearby Gulf of Mexico.

The primary suite is an inviting retreat, featuring a spacious layout with a luxurious king-sized bed. It offers peaceful views of the lanai and the lush tropical grounds that surround the property. The primary bathroom has been thoughtfully updated with a beautifully tiled shower, a large vanity, and a walk-in closet, adding a touch of elegance and comfort to the space.

Relaxation in Paradise

Our family had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying all the beautiful beaches, restaurants, and fun shops in Sanibel this past June (2022). I know that Hurricane Ian has already hit this lovely island and community. It breaks our hearts for everyone who is affected by this. We are thinking of you, Greta, and hope that your home and community is healed and rebuilt soon. But, here are my thoughts about this wonderful place because I know that, even though things are sad now, one day it will be back to is beautiful self again: Our condo perfectly accommodated our family of 4. We enjoyed every minute staying here. We would sleep in of a morning, eat breakfast around the table together, then take off to a different beach each day. After the beach, we would grab some lunch at fun places like the Island Cow or Cheeburger Cheeburger, then head back to the condo for showers, naps, and post-nap souvenir shopping. After that, we would go out to dinner at fantastic places such as 400 Rabbits, the Mucky Duck, or Cips. Once we were back at the condo after dinner, we would go for long, leisurely walks along the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets, talking and enjoying our time together. This was the best, most relaxing family vacation we have ever had and we truly hope to visit again one day. Hugs & Prayers! #SanibelStrong

Nice place

Overall, a good condo to stay at, but could use some TLC. Kitchen was well stocked with new pans, glasses, and plates. The fridge does leak water and makes very little ice. Plenty of nice beach stuff like towels, chairs and toys provided. Spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The keyless entry was a big plus. We all loved the pickleball court right outside the doors. Very safe and family friendly environment. The major downfall was when we arrived, we went through the condo, noticed a hole in the wall upstairs. Called the host, she said to send pictures and I did. She sent text back pinning it on me and I asked her to send the cleaning company over, but then did not respond. Out of the $2,000 deposit she deducted $350. I know a hole does not get fixed in a day and was not upset, just wanted to protect myself, which I thought when renting anything that is the procedure. I’m not sure if this had been reported to the owner in the past or if the cleaning crew just didn’t report it. When we arrived, the loft was a bit of a mess with sheetrock chunks and wrappers along the base trim, broken blinds laying on the floor. I informed her that I think the only thing that was done was the beds were made up….at least I hope they were clean. The condo could have used a good cleaning. Parking was an issue, but we made it work. Would have been better if I wasn't falsely accused(within 10min of being there) and stolen from!

Nerita Beach is Heavenly

The house is in such a perfect spot for spending every evening on the beach. One of our travelers is disabled and the short walk was so nice for them. The shells on the beach were many and varied! The beach was not packed with people like Turner or Bowman’s Beach. The host replied quickly every time we had a question.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Greta’s home was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of space in the very clean updated condo for our family! The kids enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in the very warm pool! And the beach was gorgeous and close. We enjoyed biking around the island! What a perfect location

Perfection!

Our family had a wonderful time at this destination. The condo is as pictured and described; it should be noted that this condo is at the back of the building not the front by the parking space- just a few more steps. The parking is very tight but manageable! The owner of this condo was very responsive to text messages and answered questions in a timely manor. We appreciated the communication that was provided before we checked in! The owner provides beach chairs, towels, umbrella's, sand buckets- really anything that is needed on the beach! Please be aware that the T.V. is a little out dated- not a smart T.V.- no bearing on our vacation! It is a wonderful destination with this condo! - Sarah

Great Place to Stay

We have visited Sanibel many times over the last 20 years, we found this property and owner very nice. The owner was very accessible and answered our questions quickly. It is close to the beach and bike path. Many of our favorite places were within a mile on the bike trail. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed the tennis/pickleball court. It was quiet at night. The Condo is updated and very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in excellent location

We had a great week in Sanibel! This condo is in a great location - we prefer the east end of the island and enjoyed being at a small complex. The condo is beautiful and very clean; we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the kitchen and appreciated that it was well stocked for cooking. The lenai was great for our group of four; might be a bit small for a large group. Overall it is a wonderful vacation spot!

Great Beach Access

We loved the tennis, biking and shelling! The parking is "tight" but manageable. The owner quickly answered questions. The pool was a little chilly, but we were there during a "cold snap" in January. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location to beach

Best part was location to the beach and the stretch of beach on was not busy which was amazing! Calm waters and shells as well as dolphins galore Heated pool was a nice perk as was the tennis courts! Condo was right size for 4-5.

Steps From The Beach

Beautiful property, completely updated! We traveled with family between the ages of 75 and 5 yrs old. Something for everyone to do. First trip to Sanibel but it will not be our last. The unit was spacious enough for 4 adults, two teens, and one child. Well equipped with everything you need for the beach, plus some items for a rainy day. Heated pool was perfect for November! Parking is tight but not impossible to manage. Can’t wait to come back! Beautiful condo!

Cleaning crew should be fired and parking is nearly nonexistent!!

Luckily we don’t spend much time in the living quarters when we stay in Sanibel. I’ll start with the parking. Luckily we only had one vehicle since you only get one parking place. That being said, we frequently had to park in the next lot over in guest parking since no one could park straight and/or in their assigned spot. And if you have a large vehicle, you better be skilled in maneuvering into tight spots. The photos made the unit appear much larger than it was, so if we would have had everyone show up, the accommodations would have been very tight. Now for the cleaning crew. Upon arrival there were dirty foot prints and a lot of dirt/sand on the floors. The kitchen and bathroom counters, dining chairs and several pieces of furniture had food crumbs and I’m guessing sand on them. The master shower was not very clean and had mold on the walls and floor and when you got done there was water all over the floor from improper sill leveling. Lastly and the grossest was the giant clump of someone else’s hair in the shower floor. BARF!

2021 summer vacation

The property was just what we were looking for and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative has nothing to do with the unit itself but rather the parking situation. The parking lot was rather small and didn’t allow much space for pickup trucks and large SUV’s. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Nice place. Relaxed

Place was nice. As we had heard, parking is tight but manageable. Easy walk to beach. Lots of chairs and stuff to take to the beach. Not real crowded. Owner was great always responded to questions promptly. Shelling was a bit less than we anticipated lots of white, clam type shells, and sand dollars out in the water,but didn’t find any really unique shells. Good trip

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Location, location, location! This condo is located steps from the beach and took us about 2 minutes to walk to the ocean. The beach was beautiful! There is only one designated parking spot for the condo and only one guest spot for the entire complex. Greta helped us come up with a plan for parking our other car. She was very responsive! We loved staying in Sanibel!

Great stay!

This is a very nice property with attractive decor. The condo was perfectly sized for our group of 7 (2 adults and 5 children). My daughters loved sleeping on the loft with the spiral staircase, and we all enjoyed the screened porch to enjoy the outdoors without insects. The kitchen has everything that you could require, and we REALLY appreciated the sturdy cookware! We didn't think to bring tennis rackets, so do bring those if you enjoy playing. The pool was nice and never busy, and the beach was a very short walk over a bridge through a lot of tropical foliage. We loved it. What other reviewers have commented on the parking is true; it's quite tight. We did have a minivan though, and were still able to get in and out just fine with a little care. There were an abundance of nice beach towels and beach chairs, and there was also plenty of dishwashing tablets, dish soap, towels, garbage bags, etc for us to use. It sure beats buying some and having to discard the rest when we leave! It was a great trip, and thank you to the owner for sharing their property with Sanibel travelers!

Great location, beautifully renovated!

We spent a week at Coquina 4F and hope to return next summer! The property is clean, spacious, beautifully renovated, and well stocked. The proximity to the beach and pool are superb. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The owner is extremely responsive. We had a few issues during our stay, which were out of the owner's control, but received prompt replies and were able to get the issues resolved quickly. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!

Great summer vacation

Loved the location and all the beach gear that came with the condo. It was an easy ride to all the great restaurants. The condo was a little small for 6 people and lacks closet space, but we made it work. Beware of parking as it’s very tight. I had to climb out the back of our minivan once. But I would absolutely rent again.

Cute little place, minor improvements needed

Pros: Proximity to beach was great Cleanliness of condo. Lots of beach chairs, beach toys, breach towels. Cons: Never slept on a more noisy bed. Pillows need replaced as they are yellow. No closet space, single closet in master bath full with vacuum, laundry bins, and pillows. Parking was extremely difficult to almost useless. A standard minivan couldn't fit in assigned space between two cars. Often had to ingress/egress minivan from the trunk. Coffee machine leaks water.
