«The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house.
The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction ...

«Host greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us around the place and how everything worked. The location was excellent. We were there for the weekend for a wedding and we were very happy with the accommodations. We slept well. It was very quiet and the beds were excellent.»

«Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason.
Shower definitely needs to be cleaned ...

«We were very pleased upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The check in was easy. Loved how spacious the layout of the home is and the downstairs was perfect for my in-laws. The couches were very comfortable & the backyard was very nice, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed being out there most of the time. Nice comfortable patio furniture and fire place. It was a bonus being able to bring our two dogs who absolutely loved their vacation playing in the fenced in area. ...

«We had a fantastic stay! The property was extremely clean from top to bottom, which immediately made us feel comfortable settling in.
