Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

The Whoville living room is where the Christmas magic comes alive! At the center of it all stands a spectacular Grinch themed Christmas tree, sparkling with Grinch Christmas decorations, and special touches inspired for everyone's favorite holiday classic. Curl up by the by the tree in the Grinch's grand throne chair, the perfect spot to read "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" with the kids while soaking up the light. Every inch of the living room is filled with festive charm from holiday pillows to themed decor that brings the spirit of Whoville to life. Gather together with family and friends to enjoy the warm and cheerful atmosphere that makes this room the heart of your holiday getaway.

The kitchen is bursting with color, charm, and holiday spirit. The perfect place to whip up a meal or bake cookies with the modern day appliances. The Grinch themed coffee bar is a hit! Enjoy your morning brew in one of our Grinch coffee cups. It is so merry and bright in the kitchen that even the Grinch would stick around for a second cup of coffee!

Head upstairs to the cozy Whoville Loft, where comfort and Christmas cheer meet in the most delightful way! This open and inviting space is filled with festive touches that make it perfect for relaxing, reading, and watching a holiday movie together. Bright pops of Grinch themed pillows and Grinch door covering that welcomes the mischievous grin. It is the ideal spot for kids to hang out and play games. In the loft area there is a bathroom with Grinch inspired decor that is every bit as fun and festive!

Celebrate the holidays with a tropical twist in the Coastal Christmas master bedroom where festive cheer meets cozy comfort. Unwind while gentle lighting with 2 palm trees makes the room feel very relaxing and joyfully festive. This dreamy bedroom combines beachy serenity with cheerful holiday decor. It is a playful and relaxing escape that feels like Christmas in Hawaii! Around the room you will find tropical garlands, pink flamingos with Santa hats, and hints of coral and aqua that bring a warm island glow to your holiday getaway! There is a cheerful and festive master bathroom filled with Grinchy charm that is the perfect mix of comfort and Christmas fun.

Entertainers dream with a full-size arcade game, foosball table, huge Connect Four wall game, and board games to enjoy during your stay. There are 3 TV's with Roku streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, and in the loft area.

** The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space. It is not a private bedroom.

***Important items to read prior to booking. **

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 8 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. The condo is equipped with a Minut noise monitor. This device does not record or store any personal data. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions.
