The Space:

Gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom bungalow in the lovely Dover Bay resort community that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, located just 3 miles west of downtown Sandpoint.  This 2-level home features a main floor primary bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom en suite.  The 2nd bedroom is also on the main floor, and has a Queen bed and has access to a 2nd full bathroom right outside the door.  Enjoy the fully appointed kitchen complete with all cookware and dinnerware, and essentials - some spices and oils, plastic wrap, tinfoil, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, etc.  Walk from the kitchen right into the cozy living area where you can sit in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite movies/shows, or curl up with a good book and dive deep into some much needed me time.



Upstairs, you'll find the 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bathroom, and a large loft area that can be used for overflow sleeping and a second living area with TV.  This spacious upstairs bedroom has a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with lots of room to play.  Outside the bedroom, the loft area has an additional Twin bed and comfortable sitting area with couch and chairs, and large TV.



Outside, take a seat and relax on the covered porch while the chef in your group uses the gas barbecue to grill dinner for everyone.



The location of this house is ideal due to its central proximity to the marina, restaurant, swimming beach and park, and 9 miles of paved walking trails - be sure to bring a camera to capture the many birds, deer, and moose that frequent the neighborhood, and the occasional beaver!
