«Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. «A well equipped and beautifully located cottage. Good position for visiting Buxton, Chester Zoo and all the Peak District walks. Good Local amenities. Friendly owners on hand for any issues or queries. Easily sleeps 8 (2 double and 2 twin room) and has two lovely hot showers. Plenty space for families!»

«Fantastic property in a lovely location. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Unfortunately our booking did not seem to have been communicated to the manager and as such the room we had booked was not available. They did mange to host us in an alternate room for the first night of our stay and we moved into the run we had booked for the second night. Both Rooney were perfect however the uncertainty was slightly stressful after a long drive with a 13 month old baby»

«The property is lovely, plenty of room for me, my mother and my dog. Pauline goes above with lovely extras incluidng eggs, milk ankd cake. Home made biscuits, plenty of towels and bowls for the dog. Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again.»
