The 200 m² house, fully air-conditioned and renovated in 2024, offers 5 double bedrooms (2 king size beds 180, 2 double bed 160, beds can be separated), each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The very neat decoration offers tenants a welcoming and pleasant environment in a holiday spirit.
The living room of approximately 70 m², fully through and bright with open and equipped kitchen, extends into two outdoor spaces decorated with garden furniture and dining table, one overlooking the swimming pool, the other overlooking the garden. Heated pool on request.
In the 1300 m² garden you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, and a beautiful terrace for your summer meals.

Less than 10 minutes walk away, you can go to the cove of Beaucours/Baie de Cousse, a real gem bordered by a pebble beach and transparent water.
Sanary offers various and frequent events in the summer, including its large weekly market on Wednesday (voted the most beautiful market in France). From the house, you can get there in 20 minutes on foot.
In the house, the parking lot can accommodate several cars.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic, typically Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you are sure to have a great holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino games, etc., not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was voted the "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisanal products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a major venue for festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other events offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end-of-year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).
