The Residenze Gallura are located in the heart of the renowned center of San Teodoro, full of services and entertainment. The property is located a few steps from the characteristic square, which can be reached with a short walk (about 500 meters) and 2 km from the beautiful white sandy beach of La Cinta (reachable by car or with a public service, active during the summer season). . On the east coast there are enchanting beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails among the most beautiful in Sardinia. The port and airport of Olbia are about 30 km away.

The apartments furnished in a simple and functional way can be on the ground floor with an equipped garden or on the first floor with an equipped balcony. The apartments have a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom.

There is free public parking.

MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, compulsory for the municipality of San Teodoro, in cash. The amount varies according to the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
