  • Denne eksepsjonelle Middelhavet tilpassede hjemmet har fantastisk Stillehavet utsikt fra øvre Marine Terrace. Dette utsøkte hjemmet sitter på toppen av en vakkert anlagt ½ acre pakke som støtter opptil 400 dekar med åpen plass. En privat gate åpner opp for en rekke tur- og sykkelstier som fører til havet nedenfor. Kirsebærtre, marmor og granitt gir bakteppe for dette vakkert innredede hjemmet. Splitter nye møbler inkluderer økologiske bomulls madrasser og fint utformede Amish-møbler. Tiffany lamper, overstuffed sofa med kjærlighet sete og skinn stoler med ottomans alle omgir marmor peisen og 42 "LCD HDTV med premium kabelkanaler. This is a lovely clean home with beautiful views. We loved the walking trails nearby. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable and we were disappointed that the filtered water in the refrigerator didn’t work. Overall we would happily recommend this place.

This is a beautiful house. Went for a walk around the neighborhood and discovered a hiking trail nearby on our last day. Wish I had known about it sooner. This house is very luxurious.

Girls Trip

The house and grounds were just beautiful. We especially loved all the wildlife that came in the yard...deer, quail, wild turkeys, and even a bunny. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. A few too many extra steps made it a bit difficult for my disabled partner but the wooden walking stick by the front door was a big help. It was a bit disappointing to not be able to use the jacuzzi tub and multiple shower heads due to the drought, but not unexpected. Overall, our group of 5 friends were comfortable and pleased with our visit to celebrate some special birthdays. Love Cambria...great restaurants and shops and the ocean views are beautiful. One last question...where is the tennis court referred to online...we never found it. Overall, a great place to stay.

The Roku, however, gives us pause. 5 controllers and three women putting their heads together are no match for the Roku! Less TV watched. But we had plenty of crocheting to do!

Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking and serving ware. There were plenty of small appliances available like a slow cooker. The beds are comfortable and the property is well maintained. While you get a view of the ocean from the front porch/deck and the living room, we spent most of our time on the courtyard patio. It is private, has a nice view of the upper Fiscalini Ranch trail system which you can access from the back gate. While we did not have any wind while there, the patio is set up in a way that I think would block much of it. It often gets windy at that spot in Cambria so that is a big bonus. The garden in the back was lovely while we were there. Lots of bee and butterfly activity. Cambria was unusually hot for March while we were there. Actually, it was hot for Cambria anytime of the year. The house stayed nice and cool. The patio also remained pleasant even during the heat of the day. My one gripe would be the outdoor motion-controlled lighting which seems imposable to truly turn off (there is a sign telling you not to). You can see so many stars in Cambria which we enjoy viewing. We eventually found a spot to sit that would not set off the lights as long as we did not move around too much but it was annoying. What is it with people and lights? Maybe to scare away the deer from the garden? I live in a rural area and people have them where I live too. I hate them. Anyway, except for the lights we were happy.

We loved the property and it's location. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped, and stocked. Everything in the house functioned properly and we had no problems or complaints. I especially liked the home's view of the ocean and it's proximity to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, with it's many hiking trails and views of the coast.

And the location could not be beat. Functional and lovely kitchen and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and couches for relaxing. We enjoy breakfast and afternoon snacks with an ocean view on the beautiful front porch. Having direct access to the forest from the lovely yard is such a delight! We walk every day, exploring many directions, and the privacy from not having a neighbor on that side is an added bonus. The home is a very short drive into the quaint town. Also a short walk (though very hilly) down to the tide pools and rocks at the south end of Fiscalini Reserve.
