my stay at Bluebird Inn was great as far as the inn was. As for the weather, it rained my entire trip. Of course that was not their fault, but it was the distinguishing memory of this trip.
I have stayed at Bluebird Inn several times now and have used it as a halfway stopping point between socal and norcal. I have always been happy with service, staff and grounds.
This time I decided to stay in a deluxe room for 2 nights for the last weekend of my trip. The upgrade was worth it for me. I liked the fireplace, which threw off a surprising amount of heat. Plenty of hot water for shower. I know its not a big deal to most people, but i liked the lighted mirror in bath. I couldn't really sit out on the balcony but appreciated the option. I did see that the creek behind the hotel was running a lot of water. Again, that might not much to many people, but it was kind of hypnotizing. I appreciate the gardens behind my balcony.
I will stay again.
