Dear Vrbo Support Team,I am writing to formally request a partial refund for the reservation made through your platform, as the property did not meet the advertised conditions nor the minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort.Upon arrival, the house was in poor cleaning condition, which required us to carry out a thorough cleaning ourselves, including washing bed sheets and pillowcases. During our stay, we found evidence of mouse droppings and cockroaches. This issue was reported to the host, who stated that this was normal due to the house being located in the countryside. Additionally, the daily cleaning service advertised in the listing was never provided.Furthermore, our stay was severely disrupted by constant noise. A neighboring property played extremely loud music late into the night over several consecutive days. Despite multiple police interventions, the situation was not resolved until the final days of our stay, making proper rest impossible.As a direct result of these circumstances, part of our family group (two adults and three minors) was forced to leave the property early and return to their home country, causing a significant disruption to their vacation plans as well as financial and personal distress.Based on the above, we believe the property was not compliant with what was contracted, and we respectfully request a partial refund proportional to the days and services that could not be properly enjoyed.We look forward to your review and resolution o
