Notice at night . We stayed at 8 floor and at the middle of the night its was extremely loud noise from the water pipes which woke us all . And same was in the morning . It’s not castle gone noise . So definitely not happy since all purpose of hotel is to get a good night sleep and main mission was not accomplished. Management did not do anything to compensate us for inconvenience.

Location was great. Check in was a hassle, they require passport of all guest including kids. My room was not ready on time. Each guest will need a key since you can’t get anywhere without it. If you are staying with a large group, do not recommend, go to Barcelo, better customer service, quick and easy check in, easy to get around facility.

We like the location as it's very close to shopping malls and dining options.
The showers are awesome, the bedding is confortable. The wait staff needs some "friendliness" training. The cooks were very professional and attentive, and yet the ones serving (waiters/waitresses) are usually commenting about customers with one another, distracted and/or avoiding eye contact. It made us feel uncomfortable. I had friends come over for breakfast and/or dinner a few times and the wait staff didn't welcome/treated them as they did with me. They were locals and I am a foreigner. I didn't think it is an appropriate behavior. Your front staff is very nice and accommodating. I can't say the same for the staff that was by the pool on Sunday March 31. I am a Human Resources professional and I know that this is important to you.
