'Potters Hill Haven' is a 2-bedroom apartment in the fantastic Silverwater Resort with incredible shared facilities, just a short drive or comfortable walk to the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Living Areas

The central open plan Kitchen/Dining area flows seamlessly into the Living Room (with a 55" Smart TV), providing a comfortable space to relax in privacy. Accessed from the central Living Room are two Bedrooms (each with BIR, with Bedroom 2 also featuring a 48" Smart TV), a Bathroom (with a freestanding bath, shower & toilet), and a fully equipped Laundry (with a washer/dryer combo).

Outdoor Living Areas

The home features two outdoor entertaining balconies, each offering a different outlook. The larger Balcony, accessed from the Living Room, overlooks the children's playground (with an outdoor dining table with seating for four), making it the perfect spot to enjoy meals or relax while keeping an eye on the kids. The second, smaller Balcony, accessed from the Kitchen, overlooks the surrounding rural landscape, where kangaroos are often spotted grazing (with an electric BBQ, an outdoor table, and a sun lounge), making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests also have access to one allocated parking space (No. 359), with additional visitor parking available within the resort.

Resort Facilities

The resort has many fantastic shared facilities; heated indoor lap pool, solar heated outdoor pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, a mixed volleyball/basketball court, spa & steam room, children's playground & jumping pillows, restaurant & lounge, arcade/games room and table tennis room.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven with induction cooktop.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is equipped with ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling, with the capacity to zone to individual areas.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 3 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into one King bed)

The Living Room has a Double sofa bed, which is suitable for two adults or children.

Please note that the two Long Single beds can be combined into one King bed upon request. If you want the two Long Single beds to be converted into one King bed prior to your arrival, we need at least one week's notice before checking in.

Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and the converted King bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over the Schoolies period. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
