It's a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The furniture was a bit old, dresser drawers kept rolling open. My first staff encounter was not that friendly but each subsequent one was. I had asked for a quiet room away from any activity/noise and was put in a room directly in front of the elevator by the pool. I didn't think that was very considerate of my request. Especially given whatever group they had there it was loud drunken chatter by the pool and during goodbyes by the elevator by end of the night. But at least these did not occur really late at night. Outside of that it was fairly quiet.

Cheap synthetic bedding and cleanliness ssues. No food onsite at all. Property clamed they had vending machine but there are none indeed. Super cold and the AC wouldnt work. Super outdated AC unit.

The pool with the outdoor fireplace were very relaxing. I did have a problem, after i was told my credit card was going to be charged only once for $75 for a deposit, i was charged the next day for another $75. They were very nice about it at the frount desk and im very hopeful the situation has been resolved.

This was a great place to stay while in town for Sonoma Raceway. It’s convenient, clean, close to food, and has great amenities with a heated pool and hot tub and a really good exercise facility.

Their queen bed is not the standard size , it’s way smaller . The facilities in the room are outdated . Over priced .

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. One aspect that we did not like was the long walk to our room once we were inside the facility. Although we parked by the closest entrance to our room, the distance to walk down multiple hallways was troublesome for us. It would be helpful if staff at the front desk would let the guest know that the distance to the room. I would have definitely requested a room closer in proximity to the entrance. Communication is key. Hopefully this will change in the future for the well-being of the guest.

Our first room had ants in the bathroom and on the table between beds , they switched us rooms and unfortunately that room had ants as well but worse . They were in the tub, around the tub as well as drain gnats. We have stayed here before and had no issues but this time around it seems they need to do some maintenance for the property and install vents in bathrooms to prevent mold on ceilings from hot showers. Disappointed this stay around as I was there for my daughter having surgery and she had to stay with me during recovery. Didn’t like having to battle ants and gnats .
