If you are Dominican and live abroad and want to get out of the monotony, this hotel is NOT for you. It is a very boring hotel, after 9 at night there is nothing to do. It does not have a disco or club. Cleanliness in all areas and rooms excellent. I never saw any entertainment staff for three days. Much of the staff is rude, there is no good customer service. the excellent water park!! Very international food, nothing national. Only two excellent employees gave me good service at the restaurant Santo Rivera and Miguel Camarena. They did everything possible to make me feel at home and asked to do something for me to eat Dominican food. Si eres dominicano, vives en el extranjero y quieres salir de la monotonía, este hotel NO es para ti. Es un hotel muy aburrido, después de las 9 de la noche no hay nada que hacer. No tiene discoteca ni club. Limpieza en todas las áreas y habitaciones excelente. Nunca vi a ningún miembro del personal de animación durante tres días. Gran parte del personal es grosero, no hay un buen servicio al cliente. el parque acuático excelente!! Comida muy internacional, nada nacional. Solo dos empleados excelentes me brindaron un buen servicio en el restaurante Santo Rivera y Miguel Camarena. ellos hicieron lo posible que me sienta como en casa y pidieron hacer algo para yo comer comida dominicana

1) walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the room next door. And I mean EVERYTHING. 2) The staff speaks close to zero English, not able to understand and address basic questions and needs. 3) The beach is small and not nearly as nice as other surrounding beaches 4) The food quality is so bad that we preferred to skip meals.

Property is way too spread out and very confusing. Dining was absolutely terrible. Food was inedible. The only food that was food was at the coffee bar. There was no entertainment at night. The place literally closes at 8 pm. My wife and i were so bored couldn't wait to check-out. Place is more like a nursing home

Best vacation ever! The beach and pool were so beautiful, everyone was so nice, the food was really good and so many options, the entertainment staff were great. There was always something to do when you wanted it, but it was also so nice just relaxing at the beach and pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice structure, excellent service at reception and pool areas, not nearly ass attentive at restaurants. Food overall sub-par. People leaving towels on beach and pool chairs to reserve them is totally NOT cool and should be forbidden.

This resort has nothing to do with “Hilton brand” and 5 stars services promoted. Is just a under average 2 stars resort, and for us was a big scale disappointment. Two families, 4 adults, no kids, we booked from Pennsylvania US, a 8 nights/ 7 days all inclusive stay during November 2023, thru Expedia, and paid over $ 10,000. Wasted our money. Big time!!!! Here is why: 1. ROOMS -our rooms were outdated having major flaws, moldy areas on walls, bad smell during day and night. Shower door not properly sealing the water from pooling on bathroom floor. The big plus: maid service was flawless. 2. RSTAURANTS ( except main buffet and Dominican restaurant) - Poor trained servers, poor menu, poor quality food, except Dominican restaurant, where the food and service was very good - The Menu posted on the TV room app for “a la carte restaurants” was way different than printed restaurants menu provided on site. Confusing on choosing our dinner preferences. - “Italian restaurant” and “The grill” from our point of view, were rated “Zero stars” for service. Food served was way under average - At “The grill restaurant” ribeye steak was horrible, dry, no taste, and Pork ribs served were worst ever we tasted - French restaurant, had a poor maintained or not working AC system,…. Wearing long pants and shirt over 90 F inside, was a huge disconfort for us. - “Mediterranean restaurant” menu had nothing to do with a Mediteranean food - At all “a la carte restaurants” table lights were inexistent.

Amazingly beautiful hotel and the service is top notch. We loved having access to both the adult and family side. The infinity pool is to die for and we had a blast.

Excellent choice for a hotel stay.
We had a very nice one night stay. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, food is good with many options to eat at. Extremely friendly and serviceable staff whom walk around with a smile and greet you every time.
