The Space

This third-floor apartment requires a short walk-up stairs and is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable, stylish retreat. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet with a safe for valuables, and plenty of space to relax. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a beautiful mirror, and a washer and dryer for your convenience—with towels provided.

The living area has a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen boasts high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. It’s fully equipped with essential utensils and a dining table with three chairs, ideal for enjoying meals or snacks in.

Guest Access
Enjoy the shared balcony outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching San Pedro wake up or unwinding with an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset. It’s an excellent spot for people-watching and soaking in the island’s vibrant atmosphere.

Other Things to Note
Please be aware that there may be some construction nearby from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.—but don’t let that deter you! There’s so much to explore on the island, and as our previous guests have noted in their reviews, they’ve been very happy with their stay.

We will meet you upon arrival—whether by hopper flight or water taxi—and can assist with golf cart rentals, with keys ready for you. We’re also happy to give a quick island tour on the way to the apartment to help you settle in and start your adventure.

The property owner is nearby if needed, and our property manager, Katie, is just a call or message away. While we respect your privacy, we’re always available to assist with any questions—whether about the best beaches or how to operate appliances.
