Beautiful, clean, everything was as stated:) beds were comfortable, it was quiet. Esther was amazing helped coordinate everything we needed. Went on a snorkeling tour and they picked us up right at our dock. Recommend you stop and say hi to Robin at Stax for drinks and dinner across the road we had a great time there!!
Beautiful property, clean and comfortable - we loved our time here. Beach was well maintained and perfect for the small children to play! Staff were kind and accomodating. We enjoy the southern side of the island, it's quiet and relaxing. I hope we will get to stay at this property again - we highly recommend it!
This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!.
Our stay at Ocean's Edge exceeded every expectation. The place is very comfortable and was even better than the pictures. We liked being a bit outside San Pedro but it was still close to town to not be inconvenient and gave us the benefit of some quiet. The bar across the street was a plus and all the help Estel provided made for a trip that went above and beyond our expectations.
Oceans Edge was more than we expected! Beautifully maintained, and the staff - especially Ester, Austin and Wil were simply the most hospitable. Always smiling and shared all the best recommendations on restaurants and activities. You can't go wrong - we would/will definitely return!
Fanatastic villa off the beaten path. The place was well appointed with all the amenities. The hosts were so wonderful and on point and all bookings . Spent a day out on a boat with Sylvan at the suggestion of our agent, Blanca, and it was totally magical and comfortable. Everyone drives golf carts around, and the road out to this property was long and bumpy, but that was our only complaint. Would stay here again for sure
The condo is beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous views! Very safe neighborhood. Ester was awesome! She arranged all of our tours which were incredible! Great recommendations! She was available 24/7 for questions and advice. We would definitely stay here again!

Ester, and everyone else was spectacular. I’ve never had a concierge so available and attentive. She’s golden. I would recommend pelican reef to friends and family, and will. The property was immaculate and very nicely maintained.
Thank you to the Oceans Edge team for a great stay on our recent trip to San Pedro. The condo was clean and it was exactly as depicted in the VRBO profile. Super quiet part of town away from the hustle and bustle if you like to be a little farther away from the noise. The sea is beautiful and the pool is sparkling. We had a great time and the team at Oceans Edge even coordinated a birthday cake for my sister to be at the condo when we arrived. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Ester and staff took care of us from beginning to end. They really went out of their way for us. The property was beautiful and so well-‘maintained. The unit was HUGE and well-equipped. The pics don’t do it justice. Super-fun to golf cart to restaurants and town. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, too!
Beautiful condo. Absolutely loved the view and patio. Great layout for multiple people. It was awesome to have access to the dock so that the dive company could just pick us up right there. Also, got massages on that dock, and "chefs kiss" amazing! Property management was very kind and helpful, making sure we had what we needed and gave us restaurant suggestions! Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils you might need. Overall just a beautiful place, I was so sad to leave! :)
This condo is large and very pretty I have absolutely zero complaints. We were traveling with our two college age daughters. They liked having their own bedrooms & bathrooms. There was coffee and sugar/sweetener provided. Plenty of towels including beach towels that can be used for excursions. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes and cookware. The view was absolutely beautiful.
Oceans Edge was a stunning property and perfect for our needs. Very thoughtfully decorated and stocked throughout. Location was peaceful and beautiful MOST of the time. Our only complaint was that there was constant work being done on the penthouse directly
above us and the easement to the side. It was very loud and unpleasant. Esther was responsive and kind! This is an exceptional vacation property that had it been for sale I would’ve made an offer on it lol (seriously) Highly recommended:)

Beautiful Christmas
We had a wonderful time at Oceans Edge over Christmas 2022. We had 5 people staying in the condo and could very easily fit 3 couples.
The unit itself was perfect with each suite having an en-suite and an additional half bath, it was great for us to feel like we had privacy. We also loved the large living, dining and deck spaces to hang out together and cook meals. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The beach has recently been renovated to add a retaining wall and the property has kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use which was a great addition.
Ester (property manager) was also amazing and really helped make the trip memorable by helping to book excursions and arrange airport transfers. Can’t say enough good things about her.
The cons of this unit are that the internet doesn’t reach to the two bedrooms at the front of the unit, and it’s considerably far from town. You’ll definitely need a golf cart, and the dirt road gets really bumpy after it rains which slows down the journey. There is a bar across the street (with two adorable dogs) but otherwise there isn’t much around within walking distance.

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay!!!! Here’s what made our stay so incredible -
- Ester!!! During the months before our trip she talked with me on the phone and emailed with me multiple times to answer all of my questions and help us set up all of our amazing activities. She also was available any time of day while we were there to answer more of our questions. I have never received such caring and detailed customer service in all of my life!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!
- Ester helped to plan all of these things for us -
* Our flights between Belize City and San Pedro
* Our pick up and drop off at the airport
* Booking of all our activities for the week
* Golf cart rental - delivered to our condo
- The condo was beautiful and VERY clean! The view from the open living area and the balcony was breathtaking!
- There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. to get us through our week there.
- The beds and sheets were soooo comfortable!
- Getting a mid-week light cleaning and linen change was awesome!
- Stax Bar and Grill is right across the street. It was so convenient for us to have such quick access to pizza and drinks!
- There are a couple of lounge chairs and hammocks on the pier making it a great place to get some sun or watch the beautiful sunset.
- The air conditioning was adjustable in each room
If you want to stay in a beautiful condo and feel pampered then look no further.
Really great. This is a property where the pictures don't do it justice. It's actually larger than it looks in the photos. Condo was spotless. Really well stocked with all the cooking utensils, dishes, flatware etc you could need. Even has children's plates and utensils and a grilling set. We used the grill on the beach a few nights. The view in the mornings from the condo were great and the sunset from the end of the dock was like a postcard. It seemed that the beach was raked daily, but note that they have installed a breakwall to help keep the seaweed from washing up on shore. So while you can wade into the water it isn't a swimming type beach. The calm water inside the barrier reef allows for seaweed and sea life to grow in the shallow water. We saw lots of fish and even rays from the dock. It's about a 20 minute ride to the edge of San Pedro by golf cart. There are some bumps but by the third trip, we knew where the road was rough and what to avoid. Much quieter than in San Pedro. Hol Chan Marine Reserve is directly out from the dock, 5 minute boat ride. Ester assisted us with the booking and arranged for our excursions and cart rentals. She was there for check-in and check-out and was able to answer any questions we had during the week. She's great. Can't recommend this property or Ester enough.
It was our first time in Belize and it didn't disappoint. The condo was exactly as advertised and had every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to preorder a few groceries with Ester so we even had food when we arrived late at night. Bottled water is provided and tgere is an ice machine in the fridge. The only thing missing was conditioner in the shower- lots of soap & shampoo though. Just remember to pack conditioner if you need it.
The views from the condo are absolutely amazing and the beach & pool are are very clean & well-maintained. We had the There are 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks for guests to use anytime.
The guys that work at the property are very friendly and super helpful. We really appreciated them hauling the SUPs and kayaks down every day for us. Paddling with the rays just off our dock was amazing!
The property management staff, especially Ester, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Ester helped book our inter-island flights and offered to help us book a golf cart and excursions. She was available anytime of day to answer our questions and checked in to make sure everything was good.
The condo is a long way from town so you definitely need a golf cart to get around, but we enjoyed the quietness at the south end of the island. You will want to go into town to the Super Buy in the middle of town and to the butcher shops and produce stands for the freshest groceries.
