«We had a very pleasant stay at Mata Rocks. The hotel is small and on the beach so it's good opportunities to fully relax and take a swim in the ocean. Breakfast is self- served with toast,bagel,juice and coffee. The hotel is located a bit outside of town center but it's possible to rent bikes which make it easier. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitivly recommend this hotel!»

«Etter å ha vært i Belize et par uker virket dette stedet noe overpriset sammenliknet med helhetsinntrykket. Når det er sagt er nok prisnivået i San Pedro en del høyere enn resten av landet, så det er godt mulig prisen er ok iallefall. «The first room we got was at a construction site though they had room in other buildings that were available. The view from the terrace was No other than the construction workers transportable outdoor toilet. Got a New room when complainted but should not be necessary. »

«The staff were very flexible and accommodating! Great view from the balcony rooms and comfy bed! Close to lots of great restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the secret beach. They picked me up from the water terminal and were able to rent me a golf cart.»

Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. Towels were arranged artistically with tropical flowers when we arrived. The Garifuna restaurant next door has great food and live music. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner ...
