The Casa Blanca 7 is in a great location for all central parks and restaurants. Its housekeeping is the best! They provided services two times a day and completely scrubbed our shower down daily! I’ve never seen such thorough cleaning! The concierge employees - Edwin and Fidel were so nice and able to speak English to help with restaurant reservations and hailing taxis for us! Breakfast was delicious and we would absolutely stay here again!

Loved just about everything about this property. The rooftop breakfast was very nice and the staff lovely. We were there during rolling blackouts and they kept serving what the could for dinner upstairs. Only complaint is that the room didn’t have good lighting and it was hard to see things in there sometimes.

Nice property, centrally located and close to amenities. Two issues during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival we informed the front desk staff we don’t need the cleaning room service. On the same day, in evening and while we were out we had the hotel staff entered our room for cleaning. Interestingly, the room was not clean when we returned which was suspicious. Second concern, the fountain right outside our window was working well into the night making noise. When called the front desk no one picked up the phone. I went down (around 1:30 AM) to ask the front desk to do something about it however, the person at front desk was sleeping and not available to assist.

My husband and I were celebrating our 24 wedding anniversary. We love SMA and go almost every year. This was our first time staying at Casa Blanca 7. It was amazing. The staff including Javier, Juan, Edwin and Fidel were top notch. Their attention to detail was amazing and they made us feel like 1M bucks. Thank u gentleman!!

The staff is so great and corteous. Every ask that we had from them, they help with the best attitude and super positive best vibe. My husband and recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa Blanca 7 l and we must say it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is a testament to elegance and charm, with its stunning architecture and attention to detail in every corner. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible staff. Javier, Fidel, and Edwin went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to making guests feel welcome and comfortable were truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to accommodate any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply ensuring that we had everything we needed, the staff's attentiveness was unparalleled. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of our stay. The room was impeccably maintained, with beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Excelente ubicación, para caminar hacia la plaza principal, catedral, restaurantes etc. Ha sido de las mejores estancias en San Miguel. Definitivamente regresamos a Casa Blanca. Excelente servicio del personal del hotel. La habitación amplia e impecable de limpia. GRAN ELECCIÓN .

Nos encantó el hotel. Tiene una gran ubicación y podíamos caminar con facilidad a la plaza principal, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Excelente servicio de parte del personal (Edwin), amables, accesibles, y nos ayudaron con todo. El desayuno muy muy rico y recomendable. El cuarto muy amplio, limpio, el baño grandísimo. Gran estancia en Casa Blanca. Volveremos.

Es un hotel súper cómodo por su ubicación, todo lo puedes hacer caminando. Es muy tranquilo, con instalaciones muy bonitas, la comida en el hotel es buena, hay una tienda lindisima dentro de la propiedad. El único pero, sería la ventana del baño, necesitan una cortina que cubra mas.

One of the most lovely hotels I have stayed in is the Casa Blanca 7. My husband and I have worked in St Regis and Ritz-Carlton and it is certainly at that standard but it is small and unique with much Mexican and Moroccan decor. We took my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and we all felt like royalty the whole time we were there. The staff is incredible. They went out to get us churros so we did not have to queue in the rain. They bought a special tea for us when we could not find it. The rooms are magnificent and the rooftop patio has a stunning view of multiple churches. A parade passed by and we had a great view. Very central. Breakfast was amazing with eggs your style and fruit served elegantly fresh or on top of French Toast or pancakes. Highly recommend. Beyond 5 stars.

Fuimos a una cena que tenian en el hotel en la terraza al dia siguiente sali del hotel y me di cuenta que olvide una pusera tiffany en la habitacion y me dijeron que no la olvide les envie una foto en donde en el hotel estaba con la pulsera y me dijeron que revisarian las camaras para verificarlos y las fotografias que me enviaron eran de risa no se veia nada todas borrosas y no me comprobaron que yo entre a la recamara sin ella y no era una pulsera que me quedara grande o que normalmente se me saliera del brazo nunca que lastima de hotel que no te garanticen seguridad en tus cosas claro se que no estaba en la caja obvio la olvide pero eso no significa que un hotel de nivel no te regresen tus cosas por eso jamas volveria ni lo recomendaria de nuevo eso no me pasaria en otro hotel y aparte el desayuno tardo demaciado los pajaros adentro parece que los tienes en tu habitacion y no te dejan dormir las campanadas y cuetes de la iglesia tampoco

Le agradecemos nos haya compartido su experiencia. Y lamentamos que se haya suscitado este inconveniente. Como usted comenta nos acompaño a nuestra cena y nos compartió fotos en donde usted porta el objeto. Entenderá que es difícil para cualquier sistema de videocámara enfocar una pulsera, mas aún siendo de noche y con luz artificial, aún así y se le compartió la evidencia posible. Nos comento que después del evento salió también de la propiedad y es por eso que le pedimos el beneficio de la duda para pensar que no fue aquí en donde se extravió. Al momento del reporte se verificó en su habitación, incluso acompañándonos usted a la misma para posterior revisar en los blancos de la cama de lavandería. Lamentamos que no se haya encontrado el objeto. En temas de desayuno, le agradecemos el comentario y le ofrecemos una disculpa. La ubicación del hotel frente al templo de San Francisco hace inevitable el campanar aunque se cuente con una doble fibra insonorizadora en puertas de habitaciones que también por fechas de su estadía se haya cruzado con una de las fiestas de más arraigo y tradición en la ciudad. Le agradecemos que nos haya acompañado en una breve estancia de 1 noche. Nos encantaría que siga visitando la ciudad. Saludos.

Beautiful property in the center of town. Not a typical hotel but more like bed and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is helpful.

Absolutely incredible stay, cannot wait to return! I was blown away by the level of service, the personal touches, and the tranquility of this boutique 10 room hotel. Spending Valentine’s Day here was very special, and the in-room couples massage was great! We enjoyed spending leisurely mornings over the included homemade breakfasts. Highly recommend and would go again.

Small. quiet, elegant property conveniently located in central San Miguel. Easy walk to many churches and museums. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Great included breakfast, and hotel restaurant has an excellent dinner menu. Rooms are very large and of high quality - great sheets and soaps and shampoos. Only minor complaints are the non-intuitive light switches and about 45 minutes of noise from restaurant at closing time (minor, but may want to make sure you don't book room 6). We will return again - staff went out of way to ensure a great stay!
