Studio on the 2nd floor without lift, located in a residence with a large garden and two swimming pools, approximately 1km from the beach. It features a living room with a large single sofa bed and a foldable bunk bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Main amenities included: A/C, and one uncovered and numbered parking space.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
